According to Zimoja website, Zoleka kept a notebook in which she wrote down her thoughts and wishes.
She compiled a list of over 15 people she did not want at her funeral before she died.
Before her death, she wrote, “It will probably sound strange, but I am in my panic stages. I think I am blessed and fortunate enough to be in a position where I am in the planning stages. I am having conversations with my loved ones, lawyer, therapist, and siblings to discuss what happens on the day and after I pass away.”
“I do not want the following people at my funeral or near my dead body,” she added.
The list includes the names of her ex-husband and father of two of her children, Thierry Bashala, and Leeroy Andie Cana, the father of her last child, as well as individuals she claims s#xually molested her, with a dot next to their names.
It read “FYI: These men s#xually abused me!”
She then added others close to her to the list, including her sisters, father, and stepmother.
Zoleka died on September 25, 2023 aged 43, after a long fight with cancer.
She was laid to rest in a private burial on Friday, September 29.

ReplyDeleteHow will you say that ??? The people that offended her did they ask for forgiveness??? You forgive people who knows that they have wronged you and the seek forgiveness from you. Forgive and forgiveness is a two way thing!

DeleteYou can forgive people and keep a respectful distance from them. Sexual abusers should not even be attending any funerals generally.

When I 🤔 am old and old , if Jesus tarries, who cares about who and who attends my burial. Let the Holy Ghost be our comforter.It is well.
ReplyDeleteSo it's Unforgiveness that causes cancer? No everyone can just forgive and forget without Divine intervention, know this and stop with the judgemental attitude. I don't think she even know about the Holy Spirit, let alone what He can do for her. Unless you have walked in the shoes of others, be careful how you judge people.
DeleteWell, do your forgiving and stop casting judgments. Family history, stress, environmental factors and diet are all implicated in causing cancer. The millions of children who die from cancer globally each year did not live long enough for unforgiveness to be a part of their story. Cancer happens and it doesn’t mean the sick did anything wrong. Diabetes is ravaging ppl daily leaving them blind and amputated, yet nobody ties in anything with diabetes, even as horrible a disease as it is. Diabetes too can lead to pancreatic cancer.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm... this one didnt forgive till her death... she has a case to answer with God, do you know that if you dont forgive others God too will not forgive you, Mathew 6:14 say " For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you". continue, it is a lesson to all parents, teach your children to learn how to forgive, it is also for your own peace of mind!!
