If Atiku goes back to Dubai, won TI ku in PDP because the coffers of Rivers are currently closed and other SS states with big budgets will not give without a sizable stake. They need Atiku for Kogi, Imo, Edo and numerous court cases so they have continued to sell him renewed hope. It's the same thing being sold to Peter Obi while the exco of the party continue to sell tickets under the table and commit perjury for profit.
