  1. Some of us have several clothes in our wardrobes that we haven't worn in many months. So many shoes, bags, wristwatches, hats, caps, etc, that we haven't used in a long time. It's just lying there in the house. You nor use am, you nor dash anybody. Meanwhile, there are people that if you give one of those things to, they will celebrate like they won a million dollars!!
May God give us the grace to be more of givers, than receivers! πŸ™

We also pray for grace to give to the right people. Those that will not use our gift against us.

    4. Zaram you can say that again
I gave some cloth to a supposed friend
      She rejected it
And since that day till date
She avoided me like a plague

When people say give used items I laugh
No go create enemy for your self

I know someone who bought new cloth for his uncle during exmas
He took it to shrine to block the source where the money to buy the cloth came from
      Woke people will argue

    5. I do this from time to time. It is good to always check your wardrobe, shoes, books. It is so refreshing and gives room for more blessings

    6. Zaram, this is why it is advisable to gift such used things to strangers and not friends or relatives. I gift new stuff and money to relatives and friends, not the ones I had used.
I remember when my mum came visiting one time like that, she saw me wearing one foreign Dunlop slippers that a friend in UK gifted me and said she loved them and would love to have them, I refused. I told her I would buy her new quality slippers from the mall if she needs a pair, she refused me buying new ones for her. I went and hid my slippers jeje, till she left my place...
Mum has other kids from another man whom she loves more than my dad, she and my dad got divorced. She loves those kids than us and she doesn't hide this fact. I have heard stories of mothers switching the glories of their kids. She won't hesitate to switch my glory with that of any of the other kids from her beloved second husband. We should be wise.

  2. Discernment And Sound Judgement!!
    Pslam 119:130.

    Excerpts!!

"The open-minded or seducible person could hear, “There are three gods,” and agrees. Then, he listens to a podcast where the speaker says, “There’re actually five gods,” and he also agrees to that. Soon, someone else comes up with another theory that says there’s no God; and he nevertheless agrees. No! That’s being a simpleton."

"When people aren’t behaving or acting right, refer them to the Word. When the Word gets into them, there’ll be a transformation."

"The more of the Word you have inside you, the wiser you become, such that even your choice of words in dealing with others will be gracious, excellent and loving."

    Prayer!!

The Word of Christ dwells in me richly in all wisdom; therefore, I'm sagacious, discerning, discrete, perceptive and prudent. I exude wisdom and sound judgement. I deal excellently in all my affairs today, and I make accurate judgements and decisions, for the Word propels me from within, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

  3. Heavenly father we thank you for another beautiful Wednesday morning.
As we look unto Almighty God, we pray that in this new month our voice shall be heard declaring the awesomeness of God in Jesus name πŸ™
We shall see God in new ways and new dimension because, He will take over all our battles in Jesus name πŸ™.
Whatever or whoever that is standing between us and our divine destiny shall be pulled down in Jesus name πŸ™.
Where we have fallen, we shall arise and hope will replace hopelessness in our lives in Jesus name πŸ™.
By the end of this month, our song will be victory at last in Jesus Mighty name.

  5. GROW OLDER WITH GRACE (2)

My teachingswill help you live aprosperous life. Proverbs 3:1-2 CEV

By the year 2030, one in five of us will be seventy years of age or older. Thats about 20 per cent of the worlds population. Millions of us will live to be a hundred or more. When asked at his birthday party how he felt about turning 80, President Dwight D. Eisenhower replied, It sure does beat the alternative!

Anita Bogan died in 2007 at the ripe old age of 106. Her obituary in the Los Angeles Times read: Blessed with good health and a sound mind, Bogan spent most of her old age doing what she wanted to do, with a feisty, whats-age-got-to-do-with-it attitude. In the decades following her 80th year, she created a non-profit foundation to build senior housingopened a floral shop, played golf dailytook cruises to celebrate herbirthdaysand inspired people. On Bogans 100th birthday, the Kern County Board of Supervisors declared an Anita Bogan Day. By her attitude to life, Anita changed the way people around her viewed ageing.

The Bible doesnt just promise long life, it promises quality life. My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity (Proverbs 3:1-2 NIV). The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For through wisdom your days will be many, and years will be added to your life (Proverbs 9:10-11 NIV). The secret of enjoying the ageing process is to build close relationship with God and live according to his principles.

  10. So yesterday the Eastern region was bubbling with business activities as the people defiled the two weeks madness of a sit st home called by one criminal in Finland.

Obviously, the hand written letter of Nnamdi Kanu resonated the trust and confidence on the people one more time.

Peace is coming back to the land again. Criminality has no place among our people.

Thanks to Ohamadike for stepping in to set the record straight and create the confidence on the people to come out for business.

  16. Finding Happiness ... 🌟

"A beautiful woman in an expensive dress came to her psychiatrist, saying that she was depressed and her life was meaningless.

'I'm going to ask Mary here to tell you how she found happiness. All I want you to do is listen to her'

The psychiatrist called the old lady who cleaned the office floors and ask her to share her story with his client.

So the old lady put her broom, sat on a chair and told her story...

'My husband died of cancer. 3 months later my only son was killed by a car.. I had nobody.. I had nothing left.. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn't eat, I never smiled at anyone. I even thought of taking my own life.

Then one evening, a little kitten followed me home from work. Somehow I felt sorry for that kitten. It was cold outside, so I decided to let the kitten in. I got it some milk, and the kitten licked the plate clean.

Then it rubbed against my leg and, for the first time in months, I smiled.

Then I stopped to think ... If helping a little kitten could make me smile, may be doing something for people could make me happy.
So the next day I baked some biscuits and took them to a neighbour who was sick in bed.

Every day I tried to do something nice for someone. It made me so happy to see them happy.

Today I don't know of anybody, who sleeps better than I do. I have found happiness by giving it to others.'

When she heard that, the rich lady cried. She had everything money could buy, but she had lost the things money cannot buy.

The beauty of life does not depend on how happy you are, but on how happy others can be because of you.

Happiness is not a destination. It's a journey. Happiness is not tomorrow, its now.
Happiness is not a dependency, its a decision. Happiness is who you are, not what you have."Finding Happiness ... 🌟

  26. Driver, stop HORNING please. ❌
    Driver, stop HONKING please. ☑️

    Here's why:
    HORN
This is a device on a vehicle that is used to make a loud sound as a warning or signal.

Horn is a noun, and doesn't usually take an "ing".

"Honking" is the correct word to use instead of "horning" when referring to the sound the horn of a car makes.

    HONK
This is a verb; it can take an "ing". It refers to the short, loud sound made by the horn of a car.

If you honk the horn of a vehicle or if the horn honks, you make the horn produce a short loud sound.

    For example πŸ‘‡

The people in the cars behind us kept honking (or hooting) their horns.

I honked at the car in front of me.

Drivers honked their horns in solidarity with the peace marchers.
    ..........
    NB: Listen to this:πŸ‘‡

Horn can take an "ing" when used as a phrasal verb, as in HORNING IN.

As a phrasal verb, it has an idiomatic import.

This is what it means: πŸ‘‡

Horn in (informal): To try to become involved in a discussion or activity when you are not wanted.
    (-Cambridge dictionary)

    For example πŸ‘‡

She's always HORNING IN on our conversations.

Horn in (informal): To involve yourself in a situation that does not really involve you.
    (-Oxford dictionary)

    For example πŸ‘‡

I'm sure she doesn't want us HORNING IN on her business.

The first time I heard this phrasal verb, horn in, was when my grandma of blessed memory admonished me one Saturday afternoon.

He said, "Vicky, don't be a busybody. As much as you can, avoid horning in on people's private discussions."

    I said, "Yes Mama!"

And I went to look up the meaning of horn in and busybody in my Michael West dictionary then.

I no longer use Michael West but I haven't forgotten the meaning of both expressions since then.

And, just for the record, this is what busybody meansπŸ‘‡

Busybody: someone who is too interested in other people’s private activities – used to show disapproval.
    (-Longman dictionary)

Busybody: a person who is too interested in things that do not involve them.
    (-Cambridge dictionary)
    ……….πŸ”₯

    @everyone

  27. Forgive yourself first. There is no space for second guessing oneself. Move on from all wrong/bad decisions. It's a new day/month. Resolve nothing/no one is worth your happiness. Pursue your dreams. Focus on recovering lost ground. Knock on all locked doors
Keep knocking.. Even when it seems nothing is working ., knock some more. Forgive anyone who have offended you. Even if they have not apologized. Still forgive them. Its not about them. It's about you. It may be difficult, but do it all the same.

  31. Reno Omokri talks to japa loving Nigerians with their high hopes whilst maintaining what people there do to sustain the illusion of wealth being flashed at you

Many of those you think are enjoying in Canada, America, the UK and continental Europe hold down three jobs to sustain the illusion of wealth they flash at you. If they miss three mortgage payments, banks WILL foreclose on their homes. They work themselves to the ground to make monthly payments for houses, cars, furniture, and health insurance. They can hardly relax. No time to just do nothing. A lot of them have very little family or social interaction. The rat race takes the place of family. They have to pay through their noses for childcare because it is not like Nigeria, where your relatives and friends can watch your kids. Too large a percentage of Nigerians have been blessed by satan to always and only say negative things about Nigeria. Get the book The Lonely Londoners and read it. It is old. But it still accurately captures life in the Western world. We may not have a perfect life in Nigeria. But we have a good one!

The military Governments of Mali and Burkina Faso have said that "any attack on Niger Republic by ECOWAS will be regarded as an act of war".

This is a pitiful and nonsensical threat from two pitiful and nonsensical unelected Governments headed by tin pot military dictators.

The biggest mistake that the mutinous rebels and military usurpers of Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and their allies can ever make is to underestimate the fighting force and indomitable spirit of the Nigerian military and the sense of solidarity that we as a people kindle, muster and cultivate when confronted in the field of battle by a foreign foe.

We may have challenges and issues in our country but when at war against foreign armies on foreign soil we have NEVER been overwhelmed or defeated. History proves that.

We are slow to anger but irrestiable in battle and if the Burkinabe, Malian or the Nigerien Army test our will we shall bring them to their knees and teach them the lesson of their lives.

Threatening great Nigeria with war is no small matter and, if carried out, will prove costly for them.

Simply put we would crush them like maggots under our feet and send them back to the stone ages where they belong.

Happy new month SDK, how is Germany?
It's been hectic these few weeks. We have to be wise so that we don't wallow in lack as a result of the present government policies.
    May we receive mercy.
