    This is serious. So sorry about that Falz. Me that had minor knee dislocation and fracture on my foot couldn't even bear the pain when I went for bone fixing on my foot. I cried out my lungs anytime I went for treatment. I can imagine what you went through bro. Now my knee is a no go area. I don't want to allow them to treat it because of the pains.

      I’m sorry about the pains but not goin further with treatment cos of the pain is a very bad move. Over time without proper treatment and usage of that knee you’d be prone to knee contractures so please go back for a proper physiotherapy treatment and bear the pain if you must.

    Any injury to ligament and joint no matter how mild should be given attention. I learnt the hard way. I can only wear block heels now and any court shoes I wear must not be more than 3inches. I have terrible pains every now and then. Simple dislocation on my ankle has affected my knee and hip bone. Physiotherapy and oesteopathy costing so much yes I'm still in pains.
