Currently in Abia State and will be here for a month. Missing home already but I got to be here. There's this aura and ambience the South Eastern States have whenever you visit. I felt it the moment I got into Umuahia. Same way I do feel each time I touch down Enugu State.
ReplyDeleteWhen I get to late 60's, I think I will relocate to the East, Enugu State precisely and that's where I will settle down till my last days on earth. The serenity over here can't be described compare to the struggling, pollutions and noises in Rivers State.
I'm currently relaxing in a cordial & serene environment listening to good music, sipping my drink. I'm used to this lifestyle😃😃😃

Not psyched. My psyched for the weekend days are long past. I pass the baton to the youngins. Despite all the turmoil in the world. I truly hope that young ppl can still enjoy their youth and make the most of it. It flies by quickly, don’t miss out because money no dey. Come together, pool your funds, play some music, cook some food, play some games, hat and laugh together. Do clothes swaps, do movie nights even at home. There are many different ways to have fun. Enjoy yourselves young people!

ReplyDeleteExercise is really really good. Started working out last year, the difference in my body is so so glaring and I am so proud of myself. I was a size 16 but I am down to size 10.
ReplyDeleteBefore I started working out, I was strictly a missionary girl, like you'd never catch me on top(riding) because of my jiggly body. Lately ehhhh the exploits I do during the do dey surprise me self and it's all because I have lost weight, I am more flexible, I am more confident about my body and my boyfriend encourages me so so much(my no 1 fan).
These days I even forget there is a style called missionary, na on top I dey dey until both of us burst. My boyfriend calls me a one minute girl now sef because as I dey climb give me highest 4-5 minutes I don reach my peak. Riding is really a treasure and I dey vex say I just discover am.
Don't underestimate the power of cardio, lifting weights, intermittent fasting and squats as a lady trying to loose weight and build a nice body. Lifting and squats sculpts the body and in all these, rest is an important part of weight loss, you burn the fat while resting. Don't overwork/over exercise yourself please.
Shout-out to my boyfriend T.M, na man you be. He was my coach when I started this fitness/weight loss journey(tho I changed gym after we started dating because see-finish😂😂 entered), I guess spending so much time together exercising made us fall for each other. Keep bin you, I love you so much and thanks for agreeing to be the one I use for practicals when it comes to knacks, I don nearly fulfill all my fantasies, we have 150 more styles😂 😂 to try out and that'll be it.
Plus I carried 70kg weight today, I go soon catch up with you oOoOO and if I do you won't hear word, infact nobody wee hear word.

I remember in the early days when I and my wife used to workout, it was exciting, the bonding and the sex.....there's something about a post-exercise body that just turns you on. I still workout, even more than before but madam has become completely laid back and the inevitable pounds have come on especially at the midriff...which I have never liked [not being unrealistic but at the least...fight it]. The outcome is a less than adequate appreciation of her body, which well.....

That New York energy is like no other though. I love New York, and upstate New York is beautiful especially during the Fall when the colours are in full bloom.
