The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested 110 people over the looting of government and private warehouses and stores in Yola on Sunday. The State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Suleiman Nguroje, said in a message to newsmen on Monday that the 110 suspects have been charged to court.

Justice Adenike Akinpelu of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin on Monday convicted three students for conspiring to gang-rape a cousin of one of them. The court found them guilty of two counts of criminal conspiracy and rape of the victim (name withheld) at the Adangba area, in Ilorin East Local Government Area of the State.
