    1. You re wrong.I was taught in primary school while doing units,tens, hundred, thousand; A unit is one figure(1), tens is two figures(10), hundred is 3figures(100), Thousand is 4figures(1,000), Tens of thousands is 5figures(10,000). Hundred of thousand is 6figures(100,000), A Million is 7figures(1,000,000)

      You use a comma after every 3figures from your right to help to pronounce higher figures, eg tens of thousands(20,000), Millions(2,000,000)
      don't know if I explained well, E don tey I comot from primary school.
      80000000= 80,000,000(Eighty million), 8060099=8,060,099(Eight million, sixty thousand and ninty-nine)

      It's wrong.
      It's 7figures, therefore it can't be "Eighty million,six hundred.............".
