How is everyone? How the weather dey treat you? I wanted to do fuel giveaway but una too dey insult person here....

Please i have an Important question to ask before i sip my chilled tea...

Is it an Insult when you refer to someone as IPOB? Is IPOB not an Abbreivation for Biafra which is what some igbos want? why should the abbreviation male anyone angry? Let me stay on the safe lane by using my Zaram as example...If i say BV Zaram is an IPOB member, have i insulted her? I am asking so that i will know and not make a mistake... Was quite shocked to read someone ranting that they were referred to as IPOB.....

I have unsalted groundut in front of me, I have honey, i have Almond milk and i have coconut crispies...I dont have garri and i stopped since....what do i do?Should i soak oatmeal? let me try it...will revert tomorrow!

PINKYS CORNER

Two weeks ago, they announced at the church that last week will be a memory verse competition between, Excellent men, Good Women, Children, Youth and Elders. Can't you see it's gona be a funny competition. I was chosen as the only contender to represent the Excellent Men.

In order not to fuck up because children of now a days fit disgrace person. I wasn't scared about the youth but those children are something else. they can memorize anything. We were told that, no one is allowed to repeat a Bible verse twice and not also allowed to repeat what another person as said and to crown it up, your verses must cut across all the bible passage and not just one.( no be say u go dey tell us John, John ,John all the time once it's your turn).

I thought of what to do then I devised a means, I planned saying all the short short verses in the bible and don't forget that, in every church you go to, there are always some bible verses either inscribed on the wall or on a banner inside the church.

So, when we got to church last week Sunday and the program started, we were called upon and everyone left their sit to face the church members. When it got to my turn the first time, I gave them the one written on a banner very close to Pastor's sit and the church started laughing. The second time, I gave them the one written on another banner very close to the choir sits.

It went on like that till I exhausted them then I began with the following:
1peter5:7, 1chronicle 16:11, Philippians 4:13.., let me not bore you with story shaa..I know over 100 short bible verses.

The youth representative was the first to go out of the competition, followed by the good women who was represented by parish pastor's wife. Funny enough, I even used Jesus wept(John 11:35). Infact, I was the only one standing with the two people who represented the children. They contended with me till I almost exhausted all the short verses before I later came first as the excellent men representative.
It was fun but sincerely, they would have disgraced me if not the sense I used, kaka komode pami layo, ma ti ojoro bo. What would have happened if I never started with the inscription in church, I go don exhaust all the short verse I knew even before the 3rd stage.


Can you see the Lord is good?.

DIARY OF A PREGNANT MOM

For some months now I have been very forgetful due to pregnancy brain, I forget things on fire when cooking, forget names, forget how to even cook certain dishes and have to sit down and write things down to remember.

I have been spacing out a lot. I have not been bothered because the pregnancy brain I experienced in my last two pregnancies were worse, I was so disorientated in those pregnancies that I was scared things wouldn't go back to normal.

I started getting better six months post birth and would get pregnant again before full recovery, on the third cycle now and I am not worried this time around.

I have learnt from online research that its actually a common thing in pregnancy, some women make full recovery and some remain forgetful for life (sounds grim though).
Research shows and have proven that womens brains shrink in pregnancy, causing forgetfulness, poor concentration, absentmindedness and on the good side this also makes for a more efficient mom and increases the feeling of attachment to a new born.

Most women recover fully within two years.
So since I discovered this I have been at peace and I know I am definitely going to have full recovery with time.

I cant wait for your baby to come

Help BVs.

My sister worked for a certain barrister for a month plus. The first red flag was the fact that there was no offer letter.

At the end of the first working month, there was no pay. Its been close to 3 months now and this man has refused to pay her or the others working under him.

Please what actions can she take to recover her salary? I am so pained that she has to go through this.

You worked the first month,, no salaray, you worked the second month no salary, you worked the month, no salary, you are still there?Count your losses and run, you will not get paid again.

Tell your sister to stop going unless she is enjoying somthing there that has been termed as her salary....

And dont think about suing him, he s a Lawyer and did not offer any letter of employment with any salary indicated.

Good day Stella Nwanyioma, how you dey? 

You see this love and I love you matter eeh, I have decided for the very last time to be minding my business, so this neighbour of mine has a daughter, a grown woman, she should be 30 or 32, so she's no child and she's dating this abusive guy, this is not the first time this guy will come to her father's house to beat her pink and yellow, but this last time own was out of control.

This irritating guy pushed her dad to the floor ( a man that should be in his late 50's) and beat this girl till she passed out, he then went to his keke and brought something and was rubbing on her body including her jajaina ahhhh, everybody in the compound stood there and watch this girl scream, I found out it was aboniki and pepper mixed together, na so I drag this evil guy out, he was ready to beat me join but when he saw my red eyes, he flee for his life's sakes, so after everything:

 I started yelling at our neighbours that were just there watching, I told them that if this girl had died here, we all will still come and write statement and it won't be free, na so them come put story for ground for me, they said this girl is very stubborn and has vowed to die in the hands of this monster, they said she was once pregnant for this guy and he beat her till she had a still birth, and the next week they're back together, I was shocked but not as shocked as what I saw yesterday afternoon.

 I was at home when one of our neighbours called me to come and see something, I came out only to see this girl with this guy, I heard she brought the guy and was trying to go inside when her dad started yelling and laying curses on both of them, immediately she saw me, she dragged him by the hand and they left, instantly I became ashamed of myself, all that aboniki and pepper hotness

 I felt all through that day came back on me, so I called her that I would like to see her whenever she comes back, she shaa came in the evening and was practically spewing trash, she said they're inseparable and it will be hard to let each other go, that they share a bond and the bond is unbreakable, Stella na so I package myself and walked her out of my house, she said they've been dating for seven years and the guy is not talking about marriage yet but he said that if she can help him to raise money for him to go abroad that he will definitely come back for her, and she's desperately looking for money to sponsor him, that point i know say water don pass garri.

 I didn't advise her cos there was no room for advise, raise yourdaughters to have some dignity and high self esteem, this errors are avoidable, don't talk down on your daughters, love them enough...... e tire me, y'all should have a nice day.
