  1. Keep Your Heart Sanctified!!
    Proverbs 4:23.

    Excerpts!!

"Everywhere you would ever go, everything you would ever have, everything you’d ever enjoy in this world is in your heart. The Bible says He has set eternity in our hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The Kingdom of God is in our hearts (Luke 17:21). What then are you supposed to do?"

"Fill your heart with the Word so only good will always come forth from your heart. Never let anything unwholesome take root in your heart. Pride, anger, malice, bitterness, hatred—these are poisonous to the heart."

"Philippians 4:8 gives us an idea of what God wants you to fill your heart with: things that are honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous and praiseworthy."

    Confession!!

My thoughts are renewed by the Word, and therefore filled with things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of a good report, virtuous and praiseworthy. I think on the Word, as it creates and produces in me ideas and pictures of success, endless possibilities and victories, love and fellowship with God. Hallelujah!

  2. GENTLE REMINDER:
    1. The Church (Local Assembly of Christians), is NOT responsible for building schools, roads, hospitals and factories. That's a foremost responsibility of government. If church decides to do it, that's a privilege, not a right.
    2. The church is a hospital for 'sick' people, and not a resort for blameless Mortals!
    3. No perfect church. No perfect Pastor.
    4. There are Christians who are good. There are Christians who are bad. Don't use the actions or inactions of one Christian, to classify the entire Christians.
    5. The Church of God will continue to March on and the gates of hell will NEVER prevail. ✌️
    Have a GREAT week!...#ALiSpeaks

As in what really changed? Any explanation????

    2. Always give out ur real numbers..U might meet Jesus in human clothing.

      Delete
    3. I give my real number because the next time I meet them they'll complain of the fake number and I don't have energy to start explaining.

When I give you my number, I will never save yours if am not interested in you. You will call until you get exhausted. I hardly pick calls from unknown numbers. When I know I recently gave someone my number , any call from an unsaved number is suspected to be from that person, so I don't bother answering the call. I don't know the reason other people give their number. Speaking for myself.

      What changed Biko??

    5. Ladies gives out real numbers for lots of reasons

1)Some men would call your number in your presence to be sure it is going through and you did not give out a fake number

2)Too many insecure men who can't take no for an answer so better to be safe than sorry. Give your number when you get home, you block.

3)Some do not put all eggs in one basket😁

      4) Not to be rude

      5) maybe they are interested.

A lady giving you her number is no guarantee for anything. Don't start jubilating or feeling fly. What happens afterwards will decide.

    7. Some of you don't get it. I know Stella actually got the point hence her twisted response which I code 😁😁😁.

The truth be say, the hardship for the country don tie wrapper. So women mostly the broke ones no want loose guard.

      Delete
    8. Teejay, you are the one that has refused to 'get it'. I know you posted that to force the narrative that it is hardship that is causing it but that is not true. It is easier and less stressful to give numbers than to just say no, because some with fragile egos can't stand rejection no matter how nicely done.

But since you are now specific
by citing 'broke womeno as your sample size then it is alright but before you generalised and said 'women' so the different perspective given

    9. We got it and we still stated those reasons. That joke is tired . No be hardship matter .please

    10. Women no longer give* out fake number
      Or
Women don't give out fake number anymore

You don't use "no longer" and "anymore" in the same sentence. They both mean the same thing.

  14. Bonjour Blogfam! I think we should discuss some of our weird prenatal experience so that new moms won't fall victims.
I remember my first prenatal appointment too well , when I got to the hospital for check up after my first trimester in a foreign country, I was asked to strip completely naked, and lie down on the bed 😳🥺🤣🤣 it was actually a female doctor, after removing the speculum, she just grabbed and fondled my boobs in a circular manner while her right thumb was on my n*****s for almost 5 minutes, no excuse me nothing! I was forced to ask her 'est-ce qué la procedure??? 🥺🤨 She said "qui" with this satisfactory smile on her face....(N*****s are bigger, attractive and painful in pregnancy) that she is trying to check if I had started producing milk, Ah bon? my Francais was bad then, that was all I could say.
While dressing up in the other room, I asked the other pregnant patient if she fondled her boobs but she said no.....🤔 my hubby was waiting at the lobby, I didn't tell him till i gave birth, parce qué I didn't want him to react there. Nobody tells you what to expect when you are expecting....that was the last time I went to that hospital.

    1. WHAT!!!...... when you are for a routine check up, no doctor will ask you to strip completely naked, u will only strip one at a time...like if she wants to check down, up must be clothed and if she wants to check up, down must be clothed...that was a violation of your privacy....

    6. It will be hard for most to detect a case of assault when it involves a medical practitioner because of trust and secondly, whenever you try to voice out your complaint, you will see people trying to silence you by saying ,'the doctor was only doing his/her job' some would even make you feel you have your mind in the gutters. Like these doctors are not human or we have not read cases of doctors raping their patients.

Anyways Sorry, Helen. Since she did that to only you and not the others you queried, then it raises suspicion.

I have had a few 'nearly' unpleasant experiences with doctors that i can't even vouch for anyone, i have also met good ones but you dont know which is professional till you interact with them so always have your guards up.

      Delete
    7. That was assault. What difference would it have made if you had started producing milk? She is sick and it was good that you stopped going there but you should have told your hubby at the hospital IMO. It may not be her first time of sexually assaulting some of her patients especially those with language barrier/first time mums so keeping quiet will only let it continue.

For pregnant women that may not be familiar with the procedures in a new country, you could request for your husband to be with you in the examination room whenever he goes with you for your antenatal.

  16. Reno Omokri speaks on presidential candidates with their promises and hammers on palliatives too

All Presidential candidates except Kwankwaso promised to:

    Remove fuel subsidy
    Provide palliatives
    Float the Naira
    End multiple exchange rates
    Expand the tax pool, and
    Increase taxes

So, if you criticise Tinubu for doing any of the above, why did you support a Presidential candidate that promised to implement the same policies?

Tinubu will make genuine mistakes, and we will hit him. But let us not oppose him unthinkingly. If he does good for Nigeria, let the s support him.

    #TableShaker

If President Tinubu wants his announced palliatives to reach the people experiencing poverty, that they are meant to relieve, he should appoint a credible Nigerian without any political affiliations to head the disbursement of the funds. Perhaps someone like Bishop Matthew. Hassan Kukah, Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi, or Clement Nwankwo.

Appoint them and give whoever is appointed the freedom to choose their team, and how the money will be disbursed.

That way, those Nigerians, who are already criticising the laudable initiative, with some saying it is a scam, will be likely to give the policy a chance and give the government the benefit of the doubt, that the money will trickle down to the masses at the grassroots rather than APC party faithful, the way Pastor Yemi Osinbajo was suspected of doing with TraderMoni and NPower.

  17. "Bless me Father, for I have sinned. I have been with a loose girl."
The priest asks, "Is that you, little Joey Pagano?"
    "Yes, Father, it is."
"And who was the girl you were with?"
"I can't tell you, Father. I don't want to ruin her reputation."
"Well, Joey, I'm sure to find out her name sooner or later so you may as well tell me now. Was it Tina Minetti?"
    "I cannot say."
    "Was it Teresa Mazzarelli?"
    "I'll never tell."
    "Was it Nina Capelli?"
"I'm sorry, but I cannot name her."
    "Was it Cathy Piriano?"
    "My lips are sealed."
    "Was it Rosa DiAngelo, then?"
"Please, Father! I cannot tell you."
The priest sighs in frustration. "You're very tight lipped, and I admire that. But you've sinned and have to atone. You cannot be an altar boy now for 4 months. Now you go and behave yourself."
Joey walks back to his pew, and his friend Franco slides over and whispers, "What'd you get?"
"Four months vacation and five good leads...

  33. Back from church since 11:am, done with my daughter's hair and waiting for my customer who wants to make loose braids.
Thinking about my childhood, I remember when we would follow mum to church around 8:am and come back around 2 or 3pm, very hungry and tired. Those days, there were no Pentecostal churches at every nook and cranny of the country, there were mostly orthodox churches and those old Apostolic and white garment churches. They would conduct service from morning till afternoon, preaching alone will take 2hours 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Now the Pentecostal church that I attend take maximum of 2hours for the whole service. You also have an option of attending either first or second service.
I learnt the old churches too have stepped up their game, they no longer take five hours, they also have more than one services.
Change is the only constant thing in this life.

My childhood church too used to close late. It didn't help that I was in children choir. After the normal service , we will still wait for one or two information to be passed to us or a short practice.
