Lady And Boyfriend Arrested For Shocking Thing She Allegedly Did

Blessing Ben, a 20 year old young woman in Adamawa State, is accused of killing and dumping the body of her newborn in a dustbin .She has been arrested.
 Blessings boyfriend, Luka Iliyasu was also arrested by operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command and both are being grilled...

Facts on the matter obtained by Daily post on Friday morning indicate that Blessing was made pregnant by Luka.
They had been dating for about two years.
She was delivered of her baby last Saturday, July 8, 2023 and allegedly killed the infant and dumped the remains in a dustbin in their compound.

She has denied killing the baby and insisted that she delivered the baby on her own and the baby came out lifeless, giving her no option but to throw the lifeless child into a dustbin.

According to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje, the woman claimed that she has been living with her aunt, and that even her aunt did not know that she was pregnant for nine months until she gave birth.

She narrated that her aunt was out of town at the time she was delivered of the baby, saying that when she discovered that she gave birth to a dead baby, she kept the corpse for two days after which she dumped the remains inside a dustbin.
Nguroje said the police would get the full story as both Blessing and her boyfriend were in police custody and were still being investigated.
