Motherhood is not easy! So exhausted from talking and shouting. My 10yr old daughter doesn't know how to keep the house clean. She is so scattered at her age. I have talked and talked but still.... How else should I handle this girl bikonu?

DeleteHey momma they are at their phase now but call her sit her down tell her that if she is the first daughter tell her she is now the mother of the house ,that if you re nit around she is in charge, that she shld make sure that everywhere is tidy, teach her to sweep if she hasn't learned how to arrange clothes, delegate some liithle duties to her if you go out ask her my precious small madam what happened at home today, by that she can give report/feedback on what happened while you e at home, the one she sis well praise her ,words like that's my daughter,that's my girl makes her proud, the one she didn't do you also tell her next time so this and make mummy proud, believe me she will learn as times goes she will pick with speed .it's not easy the Lord is your strength

The turnout at the gym was excellent and different people (including contestants for Mr Muscles Accra) came visiting us at the Center and me the Tiny Naija-German babe (showing off my bilingual skills as well as my strength wanted to flex 💪 muscles too)…. Lmao now I am home with a broken kneecap, a pain in my upper body and total Fatigue! I am glad I can stay home tonight and read a bit, I even forgot I had an all night to attend, I got lost amidst trainers, instructors, camera men, etc… I wish they paid me even 1pesewa after all the show… lmao! Monkey dey work! Long weekend to heal!

ReplyDeleteSo I got home from work dis evening Nd my neighbor welcome me back and told me her brother came visiting from the village. She told the boy to come say hi to me.
He walk up to me limping, I look down and saw a very mighty wound on his leg, very deep. I had goosebumps.
The sister told me dat the little boy had an accident last month and sustain Jst a little injury but lo and behold it expanded. I ask if he was taken to the hospital and she said yes but the drugs are not working and parents now concluded dat it is smtin spiritual.
She told me dat currently the boy is rubbing one oil dat he was given in church.
I feel so sad for wat dat little boy of abt 16 yrs is passing through.

@promise kindly convince the sister so that the guy will get appropriate treatment how does accident wound correlate with something spiritual na religion fo Kee some people, sometimes if I see people like this I feel like talking sense I to them in fact I will carry the matter for head ,,I pray that leeg don't get so damaged at 16 they don't want to get that boy proper treatment, so he will start limping from this his young age I'm so pained on his behalf,ps try and be his angel by talking to the aunt I beg you .God bless you you re kindhearted
DeleteWhy don’t you help him by taking him to the hospital and also educating the family of proper healthcare instead of messing up your mind and feeling sorry for the boy, help him. That’s what we’re called to do as children of God. And the earlier you help him the better. This your story no follow abeg.
DeletePlease ask her to take him to another hospital asap. If the hospital appears not to know the cause, she should take him to another. I pray they have the financial means to do this.
DeleteAlso, have they tested if he is diabetic? That may be the reason why it isn't healing or the wound may have become infected. They should not let gangrene set in while rubbing oil instead of finding a good hospital/specialist that can figure out what is wrong. Let it not lead to amputation because they gave up on seeking medical help. They can continue praying for healing and the right doctor that knows how to fix treat the wound.
She can also use google. She can to search for "what can cause small wound to spread instead of healing", or type other sentences related to how he got the injury. She can even take a picture of his wound and use Google to search for similar wounds and their causes. It will not be a pretty sight but the aim is to help her brother get better. All the best to them.
The moment I hear people saying a physical problem is spiritual, one should be weary of assisting because they will likely rope you into their superstition. No continuous debridement, no long-term treatment plan after visiting subpar clinics and they have found the oil that will lead to the boy being needlessly disabled. All step mothers and in-laws should keep a safe distance and anyone who made money around this time should grow a thick skin.

Always criticised the social media handler and he eventually got fired because of her numerous complaints about his content.
Before then she was an adin asst and got promoted to BM. The BM resigned and she was promoted. Always saying she hated her same as the former social media person.
Now I feel she is feeding our boss (a woman doesn't base in the country) lies about me dat I don't do anything in the office because why will my boss say when she comes to the country she wants to see what I actually do as an admin Assistant from 9-5.
Meanwhile I have a list of tasks I follow judiciously and I can't go outside my JD.
I feel betrayed by this deeper life girl. I also see her as over ambitious and will get what she wants through dubious means.
Even our boss said she is scared of her cause she knows the business too well.
How can I stop her from convincing my boss dat I don't do anything at work and make her fire me.
