Exercise alone can't give you the body you desire, you need to combine it with meal planning and it can be time consuming. Look at me, skipping meals just to keep the curvy look and not cross over to fat.

DeleteThe last time me and my boyfriend gbenshed was 3 weeks and 4 days ago, I developed severe UTI 4 days after the session and then it proceeded to itchy v*Gina. She has started rejecting her potty and would practically have u hold her over the toilet seat. Spent quite a lot on this and knowing my daughter, she may totally reject it. God help me

DeletePlease, who knows about osteitis pubis? Can it be cured? The patient has been experiencing it for over one year post-partum. It's quite painful, affects the way she walks sometimes. She's been to the hospital and was told it will ease off with time. She's taking calcium supplements.
