    No food for me yet. Intermittent fasting got me. Weight watch things though one particular food keep staring at me but self control is a must.

    I admire Nina for doing her body. She is bold and a go getter. Everyone will advise her to hit the gym, Please be serious. Exercise alone can't give you the body you desire, you need to combine it with meal planning and it can be time consuming. Look at me, skipping meals just to keep the curvy look and not cross over to fat.

    I am listening to sweet gospel music. So grateful to God. He is such a wonderful person. I am so glad i know God and I am born again. Best decision I made years ago,

    The last time me and my boyfriend gbenshed was 3 weeks and 4 days ago, I developed severe UTI 4 days after the session and then it proceeded to itchy v*Gina. Called him to blast him because I was sure I got whatever I caught from him. He swore he has never cheated on me since we started dating and gbenshing. I have avoided him like a plague since then.
    He wants to run tests to prove to me that he is clean. Can anyone please suggest tests he is suppose to run?

    I miss him but my health comes first.

    Just getting back from the mall. Went to get this step potty training thing for Alex, that type u place on the toilet. She has started rejecting her potty and would practically have u hold her over the toilet seat. Spent quite a lot on this and knowing my daughter, she may totally reject it. God help me

    I have been on Low cut for over 9years now.
    I invested heavily on Wigs ,so today i decided to apply relaxer on my hair.
    My Stylist persuaded me to do apply Gel And Afro Extension .
    I just removed the Extension wen i couldn't even place my head on my pillow and also having Terrible headache.
    My Baby has been laughing and screaming" Mummy No Pain,No Gain.
    This is What i having been going through wen i go to the Salon.
    Let me Jejely wash off the Gel and Sleep.

    My friend went for antenatal yesterday and.was told the baby died a month ago,second clinic said 3weeks ago
    its been an emotional 24hrs for us 🥺
    No sign, no sickness. Last period was Feb so baby ain't kicking yet.we even spent my birthday together and she slept over.
    I am prayerfully waiting for her to come out of the theater😞She is undergoing an evacuation at FMC

    Please, who knows about osteitis pubis? Can it be cured? The patient has been experiencing it for over one year post-partum. It's quite painful, affects the way she walks sometimes. She's been to the hospital and was told it will ease off with time. She's taking calcium supplements.

    There's this boil that always comes at least once a month on either of my eyes, it started last year. I know I am reacting to something but I haven't figured it out. It has come again this month💔
