Emm, I think what she needs is a blood test. Not a scan. Nobody will scan you at early pregnancy unless you go to a lab yourself.

She can follow up with a scan to get the exact number of weeks.
Brother - take her with you to get a blood test. That way, her tummy will not shoot out early. It is either she is naive about this tummy shooting out or she is trying to fool you.

DeleteScans aren't done until 6 weeks and they will prefer to do internal scan. You have the option to opt out and make the do only the external tummy/pelvic scan.

She now said she doesn’t want to keep the pregnancy ooo at all so he should send money for her so she’ll get rid of it.
