Breakfast is good but please take it easy with loading too much food or food that is too heavy....
When I was in Naija recently the breakfast tray had Yam Porridge, Beans and plantain, all types of stew etc.. The ony thing missing was swallow.....I kept asking if it was for breakfast and when they said yes, I wondered what Lunch would be....
Please try to eat only heavy once a day so that your body can have time to digest and rest....
What is for breakfast and lunch? Are you guilty of over-eating?
Where will one see over eating for this economy?

ReplyDeleteI have lost a lot of weight from a diet I found in Woman’s World magazine. Breakfast today is one small baked potato, two eggs, sunny side up. 2 sausages 1/2 avocado, and 1 small pear. Lunch is luncheon meat, tomatoes, onions and avocado wrapped in lettuce and dinner is chicken or fish and unlimited vegetables. I am losing at least one pound daily and sometimes 3 pounds in 24 hours. I don’t have a thyroid and this diet was supposed to jumpstart my thyroid gland to lose weight. Even though I don’t have one, it’s working.
ReplyDeleteCan you share the name of the diet
