Nigeria's 10th NASS - Kalu Emerges Deputy Speaker

On Tuesday June 13, 2023, the Member-elect for Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, emerged as the Deputy Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives.
 

Kalu’s emergence followed the election of Tajudeen Abbas as the new Speaker of the House.
He was nominated by the member-elect for Ikorodu Federal Constituency of Lagos State.
