  1. Give With The Right Mentality!!
    Mark 4:8.

    Excerpts!!

"One of the most profound principles in the Word of God that guarantees a continuous increase in finances is the principle of giving. Your giving is a channel to facilitate your receiving, for there can be no receiving without first giving."

"With the right mentality, you can set in motion all the miracle-power of God to cause a thirtyfold, a sixtyfold, or a hundredfold return on what you’ve given."

"Train yourself to become positive with God in your giving. When next you give an offering or a seed to God, do it with the mentality of someone who is in the Kingdom and you’ll have amazing testimonies."

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, thank you for the mighty harvest of blessings and Miracles that I receive as I give for the propagation of the Gospel and the expansion of your Kingdom. Thank you Lord, for you've made all grace available to me to have all sufficiency in all things, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

    Further Study:
    2 Corinthians 9:8 AMPC; Luke 6:38.

  2. Hilda Baci checked out a record that she could handle, one that no Nigerian has attempted before, and then strategized effectively. Smart!
Now, I have no problem with another chef attempting to do or surpass what Hilda did. After all, the sky is wide enough for everyone to fly. But at least, give it some time, let GWR even confirm her record first, so that you don't look like a low-key hating competitor. Or better still, there are millions of other records to break - longest kiss, best body odour (πŸ™„) etc. Choose one!
I really don't like the idea of several chefs coming out to do GWR cook-a-thon because of Hilda's fame. It's not wrong, but it doesn't sit well with me.

Now they want to turn it to tribal issues that one ewu had to post that since Hilda did it for the Igbos Dammy wants to do it for yourubas.

    5. Eka: Many Nigerians are low key haters disguised as mentees or products of inspiration of a brilliant individual. Many of us are just selfish and wonder why our friends, neighbors, colleagues or relatives should be getting acclaim, when it should be us getting it! Even for suffering sef, you fit dey tell pesin your travails, next thing is: "bro, if I tell you my own ehn, you go know say you never suffer". Like dude, are we competing for Best Sufferer Award?
One woman go do survey, look street finish, begin fry Akara and make sales. The next day, 20 Akara women don full street because dem see say she cash out. The more the better, true. But why you nor reason another tin wey people go like for the street? Worst part is, dem go begin tell customers not to patronize so and so because she dirty or she dey use juju.
Hilda never even get confirmation from GWR, other chefs dey run kiti kiti kata kata to take the shine off her. Not cool. Even the guys at GWR will be laughing at this foolishness.
Nigerians are amazing people. But we have several amongst us, that can't stand the success of another. It's either us, or no one else!

Teejay, under the snooping post, u replied my comment asking a question that insinuated that I do not trust my husband. I chose not to read any meaning into ur question and replied with an explanation.

Then you wrote something that as far as I was concerned wasn’t correlating, I questioned that and u answered me. I didn’t push it further. Then because one nuisance of an anon chose to display whatever dodoity he wanted to display, u chose to leave an epistle for me. When you got married you praise your husband in 9 out of every 10 comments you make. That earned you the title oko mi. Now tj is praising his lady the same way you praise your husband and you are questioning him of something you are also guilty of. Are you not the one the one telling ladies to go for men that are intentional in loving them? So why question tj for being intentional in loving his lady? Oh! You agreed that you are jealous.

About snooping post, you trust your husband and you still snoop, the same way Dante advise Kings to trust their wives but they should do DNA test. What happened? You will question him why he will do dna test if he trust his wife, the same way tj questioned you why snooping when you trust your husband.

    7. Eka Joy,

Can you point the post I dropped an epistle to you? I don't like when you lie in order to curry favour here. My comments yesterday wasn't even related to you but the person whom it was got the message. I know bvs understand my comment as well. People can still visit yesterday SP to check if it has anything to do with you. I don't understand your lies this early morning. It was even XOXO that brought the comment into yesterday SP and I replied her. So where is the epistle on you? Pls I want to see and read it. Pls copy and paste it here for all to see cos I see it really gave you sleepless and restless night to come up this early morning with this.

You have always gaslighted me on comments most times here but I will smile and reply you with wisdom. I remember a comment of yours Stella pulled down where you presented me as a woman hater. I replied you but I noticed your comment was gone.

Let me produce my question on the snooping post so people can read and judge for themselves if your statement above is true. I wrote the following,

''A quick one Eka Joy. When one snoops at their partner, is it that they don't trust the partner or what exactly could be their reason if he or she hasn't given a reason for the suspect.''

I asked the question because you supported snooping. So how was that an indictment to you on an innocent question which I really wanted to know. I even generalized it with the use of he or she but here you are claiming indictment. This is so low from you but then, I am not surprised.

You know one thing Eka, I think I will say, you're a specialist in overrating yourself here and as such you see any other person as below your standard or so.

I don't like doing this but I have to as to set the record straight.

I have no issue of whatsoever with tiy here.

    10. Shooter dear,

It wasn't for her but you know it's natural in life for anyone who has already conditioned his or her mind about people to see and always think statements made are for them.

To tell you how truthful I am, I said I will never engage the recipient in that my yesterday comment. Now ask yourself, haven't I be engaging Eka Joy on the blog? Even to the point of Saturday, just two days ago.

So now you know my comment wasn't for her but she took it upon herself. I don't know why the guilt though. I even started by saying, let me reiterate which means it wasn't my first time saying that and if it wasn't my first time and I have been engaging Eka Joy before now, then you should know the comment doesn't belong to her.

      Eweleke!

    15. Teejay's comment to the snooping post you made a reference to, is honestly a weak defence and you must have a very thin skin to think he attacked your comment.

That was a man you claimed has given you no reason whatsoever to doubt him, why still promise yourself to snoop till you grow grey hairs? Can't you see you indirectly indicated you don't trust your husband? and somewhere in your subconscious you feel just maybe, he has the proclivities to be a potential cheat. Else, what are you still snooping for? Why are you on edge? What are you hoping to find?

We all read it when you posted it yourself but you trying to make it look like teejay categorically stated you don't trust your husband when you inferred it yourself is the height of paranoia.

Like the anon up there stated, There is truly no difference between you and a man who claims to trust his wife but still look forward to taking his kids for DNA test, just because.
To think you always fight against DNA testing using distrust as a weapon. Hypocrisy doesn't look good on you, though. Sometimes I wonder if you process the things you write. You are so self-contradictory, but when you get called out, you get riled up and hurl insults and abuses.

Just like Teejay, you have a victim mentality else you won'resort to cheap complaints that your comments doesn't get posted rather you would be appreciative for the responses being held back for you because I am sure a lot of comments to you too, doesn't get posted. At the end it is all balanced on this blog.

  6. It won't be a thing of shock to me if there are persons here who still don't know what their mother maiden name is. I was once in that category too.

Growing up, I used to think my mother maiden name is the name given to her by her parents and this I wrongly imputed for years in most of the forms I filled at the time. I later found out how wrong I have been all along. A mother maiden name simply put, is the family name she has before she gets married. As in the name of her father.

Secondly, do you know a woman has the right according to law to retain her maiden name after marriage and include that of her husband and his surname if she so wishes.

    Now you know this.

A quick one to you guys here. Can anyone give the reason mother's maiden name is usually asked when filling a form either at the bank, Sim card registration or even a national identification card or even Visa application?

    3. It is a common practice for women to bear their husbands’ last names when they get married. However, there’s NO LAW that makes this compulsory. In other words, she can decide to still bear her maiden name.

I think this is what Ezege meant

    5. I think the Matrimonial Causes Act made it optional for a woman to either retain her maiden name or answer her husband's name. It is not mandatory for a woman to change her surname to her husband's surname.

    7. I still retain my father's name. I didn't even add my husband's name to it. When it is not Dangote or Otedola's name, of what use will it be to me if I change my father's name? I love my husband, no fight or deep issues between us but I am not changing it. I just add it to my name casually when writing names in church or women's meeting or neighbourhood or kids schools, because of amebos. Officially, I am still bearing my father's name and hubby does not have a problem with it.

There are many reasons women go with their husbands name, and it has nothing to do with pleasing their husbands like many of you think..

  9. YOU ARE JESUS’ AMBASSADOR

    'We are...Christ's ambassadors.' 2 Corinthians 5:20 NIV

Your job in the Kingdom of God is that of 'ambassador'. It's a privilege and a responsibility! Over the next few days, let's look at some of the qualities of an ambassador: You must be a citizen of the country you represent. And 'our citizenship is in Heaven' (Philippians 3:20 NIV). Exiled, John said, 'I...was on the island of Patmos...On the Lord's Day I was in the Spirit' (Revelation 1:9-10 NIV). John knew it was not where he was but whose he was as he represented his Lord.

Your life may be the only Bible many people will ever read. From your lips they will receive the only gospel they may ever hear. And your attitude may do more to win them than all your arguments. Before he was crucified, Jesus prayed this prayer for his disciples: 'I do not pray that you should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I also have sent them into the world' (John 17:15-18 NKJV).

Before an ambassador is appointed, he or she goes through the closest scrutiny imaginable. Their moral integrity, their financial interactions, their family life, their work record, their every word and action come under the microscope. Shouldn't it be more so for ambassadors of the King of kings? Never forget whose side you're on. Never forget what Kingdom you belong to. Never forget who you represent. You are Christ's ambassador.

  25. Reno Omokri had this to say to people that compare Nigeria to other countries

Without tax, the Western world would collapse. Many of us in Nigeria compare our nation with Europe and America. But we don't pay taxes. We want good roads, schools, hospitals and cheap fuel. Where will the money come from? What are you doing for your country other than complaining? I paid ₦1.6 million in tax annually for the four years I worked in Nigeria, and I have the receipt. At that time, ₦1.6 million was equivalent to over $10,000 (may God bless President Jonathan's handling of the economy). We want Europe and America-style development from our government without having Europe and America-style responsibilities to our country. Ko le werk!

  37. There is something about this boy called "Milkshakes".He is so unlikeable ehn!I'm very sure that if a poll was taken concerning who people prefer between him and his partner in delusion,Eesah, people might easily choose Eesah. Eesah's opinions are "wonderful" but at least,he isn't rude on top!
Milkshakes,I think it is something you need to work on and pray about o!You are not the only annoying person here! Shootergyal,is also annoying, but you can't help but like her, however, you!!
It would be tough to favour someone like you. You better pray about it! If you like, dismiss it with your pretentious attempt at English! No,I don't have an ID,before you start asking me to post with my ID,as though you could do anything to me if I had one.

    2. What's your definition of being "rude" again?
Defending myself and saying the bitter truth without minding whose ox is gored is rudeness to you?
Enlighten me the more, ma'am or sir

    3. That’s why he’s battling with stagnation and no it’s not a jab the boy is arrogant, unrepentant, a busybody with a caustic tongue.when I read his comments I just shake my head sometimes I say a prayer for him because this can’t be normal .

    4. Very unlikeable being. I don't blame the bv that issued a strict warning to him the day he replied under her comment. I do pray he doesn't come under my comment, very disgusting somebody. I even prefer eesah to him even though they are almost the same but that one doesn't go under people's comments.
