I missed aproko because of runny stomach

I was jejely at home on Thursdday(29th of June, 2023) and normally I purge myself once a month or once in two months. I'm the kind   whose body system gets affected with too much food. I do experience crapulence often, more reason I don't eat anyhow or attempt to buy and eat anything once I'm not at home.

So, recently,one of my big sister was talking about cleaning of COLON and she explained why it's good to clean once colon(you can check your dictionary to know what it means shaaa). I see reason to cleaning of colon because it makes all dirty things out of your bowel. 

As everyone was busy with their Salah meat at home, I thought of how to clean my colon then I went into my wardrobe and brought out "SENU E BO"(it's an herb made with honey and very bitter which is used when you feel like purging your system). It's in a small container and if you use it, it has to be half of the container but I was over affected by the lecture given by this my big sister then I opened it and took everything  

After two hours, the wahala began. I started visiting the toilet and I thought it will just take an hour or two but I was deceived by my opolo, it got to a stage, I had to permanent myself on the toilet sit and was operating my phone because if I try leaving the toilet, I will have to return there within 3min. 

Itis now that i realise why they call it "Rest Room". Around 4pm on Thursday, someone called me to come do aproko at my POS stand but I couldn't go

So, my people, let's always clean our colon but be careful of what you use in order not to destroy ones system because I went through hell, I couldn't eat.i was just taking water all through till 6pm before I was relieved of the Wahala.

Just do it moderately... detoxing is good cos not all the sheet comes out normally.

FROM FRIDAY MORNING SPONTANEOUS POST

''In my street, two weeks ago,my son noticed a mark on the ground while taking him and his brother to school, it is a trident drawn with a stick or sharp something on the sand. The head of the trident that looks like fork. We avoided it.

The next day and everyday till today as I type, we kept seeing this same symbol on the ground on our street, only one per day, drawn in different locations on the same street each day. We don't know how long it's been going on but we just noticed it two weeks ago and we avoid it.

I went on Google to search for the symbol and it's meaning, scarily, it stands for the devil.

Pls for those in the know, what does it mean? Couldn't get enough info on it on Google.
