Between reload and wellkids multivitamin, which is the best for a 18 months child with severe low weight.

    1. Both are fine. Reload is very good but a bit more expensive. I've used both, so I can say both are great
If you're looking for healthy weight gain, don't just rely on them tho. They are multivits, to boost immunity mainly. I'll advise you change your baby's diet. Does he/she eat well? By eat, I mean rich foods that makes babies gain weight? Increase your number of feeds. Like don't just rely on 3x daily feeding. Make it up to 4, 5x.
Then you can add oraxin to whatever multivit you're getting. And be patient. The weight will not happen overnight.

I know cos my son had severe low birth weight. Till he was well over a year. And it was hell making him gain weight. But now i nor dey fit carry am.

  8. For those who are aware, which state has higher cost of living, Abuja or Portharcourt?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I think Port Harcourt is higher..

At Abuja, you can stay outside the main town with lower cost;can’t say same for Port Harcourt..

Also the Port harcourt soot and all(if it’s still on) makes Abuja a better option in my opinion..

      @MARTINS

      Delete
    2. Thank you Martins, I forgot about the soot, that's a health hazard too.
Also, is it that people don't stay on the outskirts of town?

      Delete
    3. @14:21,people stay..

However I have friends that left PH to Abuja and Lagos respectively few years ago during the soot wahala;none is regretting making the move and all wished they moved earlier..

Ask BVs areas outside Abuja that are Affordable;they would help..

      Happy Relocation😊

      @MARTINS

      Delete
    4. Don't ask us ooo. Abuja is over populated. Stay where you are.

      Delete
    5. There's is no soot again, compared to last time, no news about it again. When it comes to rent, I think PHC is cheaper, just avoid expensive areas.

      Delete
    6. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ calm down nah bv in Abuja. You can stay in mpape(5 minutes drive to town if there’s no traffic) dutshe, ushafa, mabushi this places are closer to town…

      Delete
    7. @ Martins and Anon, you don't necessarily have to live in the outskirts to get affordable accommodation in Abuja.
There are several areas inside of town where you get mini villages with good housing and basic Infrastructures in place.
Cost of livelihood in these places are very, very cheap compared to some areas outside town, when you consider transportation cost, food and the issue of the growing traffic.
In all the major areas in Abuja il(Amac),every area, has a village. From the high and classy Maitama,to Asokoro,Jabi,Garki, etc, save for Wuse which is central with decent and affordable housing. But ,you must be careful, so you don't end up in areas where prostitutes or armed gangs are also resident.
      Good Luck

      Delete
    8. Martins we nor get soot again😏
And contrary to what people think o, PHC is cheap. Except na you wan go stay transamadi or gra side

    9. Definitely Port Harcourt.

      Green, spacious and fresh.

      Delete
    10. Since I moved to Port Harcourt, I have never experienced soot and it's almost a year. In terms of rent, Port Harcourt is cheaper but foodstuff is expensive though not much difference from Yenagoa

      Delete
    11. Martins you say Abuja is cheaper πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ poster come to Abuja body go tell you, please Port harcourt is cheaper especially rent so just move to PH jejely except you have 2.5m for 1 bedroom πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  12. Can someone who had similar issues help with this. I have a friend who is almost 3 months pregnant. Before pregnancy, she suffered a lot from heart burn but with the pregnancy, the heart burn has practically tripled. She can’t also keep food down, she’s always vomiting but the one that troubles her the most is the heartburn. She has tried several heartburn medications and some home remedies but it’s still as bad. Can anyone pls help with solution that may have worked for her. Pregnancy safe solutions pls

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The only solution it reduce the vomiting. As she vomit, HCL from the stomach find its way to her heart which then causes the heartburn. My opinion though

      Delete
    2. She is probably allergic to some food. She needs to observe her diet to isolate what triggers the heartburn. She should eat small portions of food. No eating late.

      Delete
    3. She should stop eating beans

      Delete
    4. Let her try "GAVISCON"...
She can as well ask her doctor before using.

      Delete
    5. Tell her to avoid food that triggers heartburn. Food prepared with palm oil such as Okpa, Beans e.t.c
      Avoid milk. Avoid fries.
Eat green garden eggs and yellow one.

The symptoms may reduce after six months , towards third trimester.

    6. she needs to see her drs, pregnant women are prone to reflux disease because the hormones relaxes the esophageal sphincter, before you now see the effect of the uterus compressing on the stomach, though at 3 months the uterine size is small. Remedies she can try for now would be to 1. Reduce spicy food and carbonated drinks 2. Avoid eating late 3. sit up for 30 minutes after meals before lying down 4. antacids such as gascol or gestid but she should also go for ANC, pregnancy is a period to be taking any medicine without proper clinical history, examination and investigation.

I need to know the standard of living, cost of living, security, accommodation and social life in Jos before I make this big move. 30. I recently started a Poultry Farm and now I am faced with the challenge of where and how to sell my chickens in bulk.
Please experienced Poultry Farmers, how do you do it? Where do you get bulk buyers? Please help me I am in a fix. 😭

    1. Ask fast foods and eateries around you if they have sufficient supplies of chicken, ask food sellers, better where they are many of them. If you have any roadside person selling around you, ask as well. They may price you down but sell and build customer base, then start adjusting the price upwards.

    2. Go to market where they sell chicken and tell them you have some to sell. Best of luck.

      I am very discreet.

I give you value for your money.

Is it a cheating spouse? 10 million. I will send you pictures too.
Runaway spouse? 15 million. I will bring him/her home if you guarantee you won't hurt them.
Mistress?? 5 million because it is partly probono. These are standard rates. Prices may vary depends on the nature, duration and intensity.

    1. Get a job, and spend on important things. Don't collect things on credit. Cut your coat according to your size.
