Billionaire Bill Gates Talks About His Friendship With Co Billionaire Dangote..

In a blog post on his website, Billionaire Bill Gates stated he's lucky to have Nigerian Billionnaire, Aliko Dangote as his friend.

He said, “I’ve been lucky to call Aliko Dangote a friend for many years. We have a ton in common: Both of us started successful businesses, and then, for our second acts in life, we chose to start foundations aimed at improving health and education.”

He described Dangote as his "invaluable partner" as he has been instrumental to his foundation for many years, working together "on issues like malnutrition, food fortification and polio in Nigeria."

    1. Personal enrichment for Dangote. No shade but yet to see Dangote charity for the community. Is building mosque in his community a charity? This people get millions from their rich people that is meant to help people in the country and last time i checked, i cannot point to how many peolle that has genuinely benefited from their largesse or what their charity has done in the country that is worth the ridiculous amount of money that they got.

    3. Anon 20.20 In what way? That he didn’t monopolize the market or that he didnt do much as expected with the kind of money that he had made in Nigeria by monopolizing the economy or from the money that people like Bill Gates has invested heavily into the so called charity that no one has heard of? Be there fooling yourself

  3. We know how Gates started and became a billionaire thru the American free enterprise system. However, Dangote's rise is very questionable as he seems to have been aided by the Nigerian state to become a monopolist of several industries over the years.

    2. Anon 13.25 YOU ARE ON POINT! Only in Nigeria will one person monopolize the market with their product and that person is still being idolized.
