ReplyDeleteRemoving buccal fat does it for you. I had mine removed and it changed my whole face. Google buccal fat cos I don’t have time to write epistle. It is less than an hour surgery and within 3 to 6 months, after healing and inside scar dissolving, you entire face will change, it changes gradually cos you will still round initial but it is gone within 6 months. If too much is removed, you will end up with hollow cheek and look like that Versace girl Donnna. That is my one and only surgery for now. I had bad fat in my cheek that made me look like I’m hiding something in my cheek and I saw a dr and boom, he lectured me on the best procedure for it and I didn’t think twice and it’s more than 6 months and I wished I had known about it earlier. Anyways, I still never get liver go do belle as I don’t want to die and leave my children alone on this wicked world not after that beautiful American comedian with little babies passed this week due to beauty surgery.

DeleteProblem with buccal fat removal is that it ages you faster as you get older bcos the face naturally loses fat as we age. It’s usually not advisable except if your case was extreme. Fillers are also a good way to give the face a slimmer look.

DeleteYeah anon same by reason why I decided to leave my cheeks alone and just do facial massages and exercises and that reduces some water retention in my face. Sometimes I put a harness on my face while I sleep and I do mewing while I’m aware to make my jawline sharper. I also reduce salt and listen to subliminals and it worked for me. Sometimes cheek fat or moon face is due to water retention, not fat you would be shocked how much difference it makes to massage the face with a nice oil.

DeleteWell, it is like all surgery, don’t jump on the train if you really don’t need it. It is not for everyone. Mainly for people you will ask if they have something in their mouth when they don’t and a reputable surgeon knows the importance of having fat there and would take out just enough to make it balance. My surgeon refused to take out as much as I requested and thank God for him, I told him what I wanted and also said I don’t want hollow cheek which makes you look aged but I felt that the fat that was taken out that I saw was too little to have the desire effect but he apparently knows better. He assured me it is enough , anyways, I had researched him and his reviews was top notch. He was a mouth nose surgeon at a top teaching hospital but has a cosmetic private practice just for face .For the person that asked, it was between $1200 - $1500

ReplyDeleteShe’s not lying . She didn’t have chin surgery but she did have something done to her face. Buccal fat removal surgery on her cheeks. Not advised by surgeons as it ages your looks but it’s all the rage in Hollywood now
