Nigerias Apex Court Declares Adeleke Authentic Gov Of Osun State

Nigeria's Apex court on Tuesday May 9, 2023 dismissed the appeal by the immediate past governor of Osun state, Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, APC, challenging Adeleke’s victory.

In the judgment delivered by Justice Emmanuel Agim, the apex court ruled that Oyetola predicated all his allegations against the election on baseless and unfounded hearsay.
Congrats to Adeleke!

  2. Congrats to Adeleke for this great win. I definitely know the lawyer handling his case was going to deliver. Onyechi Ikpazu SAN, has never lost a court case in his career.

So I wasn't surprised at the judgment.

Don't forget, he's the same lawyer that won all three cases of Peter Obi at the gubernatorial election of Anambra state and his impeachment.

Supreme Court yesterday certified that BVAS remains the only means to determine the authenticity of votes cast in an election

Someone should Kindly inform INEC chairman Mahmood Yakubu who stated that Inec has the right to decide whichever method they want to collate data to get ready for prison.

    2. Sigh@ Teejay.

Wonder what your epistle would have been, if otherwise.

      Let me guess:
      The judiciary has been compromised.
      PMB has threatened the judges.
      APC has paid...

Guess we only hail the courts when the results are what we want.
