I think this only happens with pillows they sell in 9ja. I had one pillow in Lagos that gave me really bad headaches. I came across a story that someone found human hair inside their pillow and tore open mine because the headaches were unreal. I don't experience this abroad. It may even be the chemical in the foam they use for 9ja pillows or the slope of the pillows that cause these headaches.

Recently, I've been pondering on life and real stories.
A lot of us wants a life with a picture perfect description and we strongly believe that there's such life due to what we see on social media these days. It would have been great if netizens tell their real stories on the net since a lot of people draw their inspirations from there but no, nobody wants to be seen as different; it's all perfect. Social media makes failing and failure look or seem alien.
One of the biggest reasons depression is on the rise now is because we don't talk about our mistakes; our failures. We don't discuss our break-down moments, we hardly share our worst experiences. So, people think they are the worst when they experience hard times cos they believe it's unique to them, they can't see that in other people's life.
But our real stories when shared would help those looking up to us know that life is a mixture of many things which could be tears, failure, wins, falls, rising, hopes, waiting, faith, success and so much more.
Life's never a one way traffic. As much as our stories are different, it could help change the narrative of that 'picture perfect life' we all look forward to.
'The Light We Carry' by Michelle Obama is a book I recommend y'all read.

Maybe the price increase presents an opportunity to go back to the cooking style of our ancestors, using fresh herbs and spices. It may take a little experimenting to find the right flavour combos but so worth it.
