I make it known to the person that I won't date him. If he chooses to give me gifts, i will collect.
ReplyDeleteMy sister don’t do it, I was dating(we only went on 3dates) a guy and after the first date I told him I don’t like him and told him I wish him well. He refused and begged for a second date to atleast change my mind so I said ok.
DeleteOn the second date he came with gifts(shoes and perfume) that I didn’t want but he insisted so I took it. One gift were shoes that I put my feet into one in front of him.
That night na so so bad dreams about the shoes especially that he wanted to use it to collect my shadow, the next day he insisted I return the shoes I told him off and told him I know his plans.
That night another dream in the dream he came to beg me I beat him with a stick in the dream and sent him away.
Since then even if I like you I no dey collect ANY gift from man!

Men aren't left out too, for some of them also collect from rich ladies in deception. This I found so shameful and distasteful. A classical babe or gentle man will politely turn it down.
