Same experience with a female boss too.. too controlling.. environment was too toxic chai I saw shit but it's male boss for me joor

ReplyDeleteI just got a job, as we were to report to the Permanent Secretary, to place a face to the name. We entered the office, next she was looking at us as sh**t, not even sit down.
This is someone, we stay a whole day to see, but for where? We had to go back the following day. But, we looked at us like sh**t, and in 1 minute, she told us to go. A man wouldn't have done that in this our profession.
I heard everyone that wants to see her, she keeps them a whole day, then sees you the following day. I pray when I'm posted, I should work under a man mbuk.

ReplyDeleteMaybe I am slightly leaning towards a woman boss. They tend to have better understanding of certain things that affect women’s lives that men do not quite understand. But there are hellish female bosses too, you really just have to meet the right person.

ReplyDeleteI'm resigning from my current job on the 8th of June because of my female boss. I have never wished for a female boss and this one has been a confirmation of every feeling I have had. She is verbally and emotionally abusive. She is every employee's worst fears. Lord! Never again a female boss, never again Lord! See staff being scared of a walking human. For me it's a God forbid situation. Male bosses all the way.
