    These words are powerful! Be conscious (to intentionally focus on others and not just self) yet be AWARE ( even as you are self less, be mindful of toxicity, so you can extract yourself from such situations). We are all on a journey in this world ( stop living like it all ends here, you will be held accountable for your deeds or lack of deeds).
