ReplyDeleteAdunni Ade actually added the receipt of that payment on her bank statement on another blog. She highlighted it on her bank account and that should seal all these pettiness.

Going all out to the cinema to gross N60 million after 2 decades (with more than half going back to investors/ marketers) is not enough to live a flashy life not to talk of those who are making peanuts for their efforts. Settle basics: stocks, bonds, housing, life insurance, with basic things like agriculture and have your home life under check. Zip up outside your wife's bedroom and leave an actual legacy or you'll be one of those using your colleagues' send-off to drag pennies and impress stark illiterates who own second hand buses and collect tax in the informal sector. Heaven forbid you will be that fallen colleague who's kids will be lived up and displayed for colleagues to be using to play cheap games.
