Potter was appointed by Blues co-owner in September to replace Thomas Tuchel.
However, he has been dismissed with seven months into the five-year contract he signed.
He won only seven of his 22 Premier League games in charge.
His exit follows Chelsea’s 2-0 defeat at home to Aston Villa, a result which left the Blues 11th in the Premier League table, now 12 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United.

Good riddance!
ReplyDeleteI hope we can get the former Bayern coach. I think he’s the only world class coach currently free.
He just wasn't a good fit. Pelee Graham.
ReplyDeleteHe shouldn't have left Brighton.
It's long overdue in my opinion, the new owner Todd Bolli started his reign with a wrong foot...he's sacked but he's surely smiling to the bank for the heavy pay off
ReplyDeleteBrendan Rogers of register Leicester was also sacked over the weekend ,so it was sacking spree over the weekend
If I can even join and gather this Potter and beat😡
ReplyDeleteUsing coaching job to feed his large family!!! Win match, no. It's to be shaking other coaches. Abeg abeg
It was long overdue
No Na, they should have waited for him to drag us to relegation first before sacking him.
ReplyDeleteThe club is bigger than him.
And e come be like say them use Loftus Cheek swear for him.
Loftus Cheek don't play anything yet he go still use him in the next game.
