It's good to be back to work this cool Monday morning. I couldn't go to work from wednesday-friday last week cos I didn't have any cash on me. I called my boss and offered to work from home and he agreed. I wish all bosses will be that flexible this cashless period. I finally had to use money to buy money so I could come to work this morning. It is well with my country.

  3. Authority Over All The Power Of The Enemy!!
    Luke 10:19.

    Excerpts!!

"Jesus gave us absolute authority over the power, ability or workings of the adversary."

"It doesn't matter how much or force the enemy wields or can gather; you've been given authority over him in Jesus' Name."

"You have nothing to fear in this life. Reign and rule in the Name of Jesus every day."

    Confession!!

My authority in Christ is perfect and absolute. No evil, demon, or darkness can resist it! I'm seated with Christ, far above principalities and powers and everything that's connected to Satan. I reign and rule over circumstances. Hallelujah!

    Further Study:
    Mathew 28:18-20; Philippians 2:9-10; Ephesians 2:6.

  5. On the 17th of February 2023, Brazilians held a carnival in Rio de Janeiro. In that carnival, while they were dancing and celebrating, they mocked God.

With the use of costumes, they replayed a scenario where Christ was been tortured by the devil.

The devil was seen hitting a man who played the role of Christ as he was been dragged on the floor in torture.

They did this in caricature and mockery towards the most High.

    .....And God was watching.

..... Finally, and God arose in His mighty & power.

24hrs later, on the 18th of February came a mighty rain and thunderstorm that hasn't been seen or felt before in Brazil.

The rain pulled down houses and destroyed a city in Brazil. Reports has it that 64 people lost their lives of which 63 were in São Sebastião.

After that destructions, Brazilians took to the street of Santa Monica the next day with play card confessing, ''Jesus is King, ''Come to Jesus'' ''Jesus loves You''

I will advise you watch the video yourself if you haven't seen it and understand better what I just narrated.

Is it until these people stop praying and instead begin to curse the Creator that he'll then now show his power by destroying these same people

    8. @Boss Dante, sorry to say but Nigerians (Nigerians make up the Nigerian government) are the devil(s) themselves. How can you pray with hearts as dark as night? Until the whole nation repents of all their evil ways and until they begin to speak the truth without hypocrisy, then I am afraid their wretchedness and suffering will continue.Nigetia is second to hell on Earth, Haiti, being first!

    9. Hahahahahah @ Dante, God is not a man. He does His on things the way HE wants it, thou there are natural laws of sowing and reaping. But everything happens for a purpose, it's now left for us to learn from it or choose to remain the way we are.

  7. YOUR GOD-GIVEN VISION

I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision.' Acts 26:19 NKJV

When God gives you a vision of what he wants you to do, you will have to go against the flow of the world. Society wants to keep you in a box. Most people are married mentally to the status quo. They want what was, not what can be. They seek safety and simple answers. So, you need to give yourself permission to go a different way, to break new ground. Paul said, 'I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision' (Acts 26:19 NKJV). It was his consuming passion and the central focus of his life. He got up every morning thinking about it and went to bed every night thinking about it. And at the end of his life, he could say, 'I have finished the race...Finally, there is laid up for me the crown' (2 Timothy 4:7-8 NKJV).

No one achieves greatness by becoming a generalist. Whether your vision is to build a great family, or a great church, or a great business, or a great 'anything', you must focus. Author Harry A. Overstreet observed: 'The immature mind hops from one thing to another; the mature mind seeks to follow through.' Does every area of your life deserve focused thinking time? No. Be selective, not exhaustive in your thinking.

What has God called you to do? What's your role in it? What skill sets do you need to sharpen? What knowledge do you need to acquire? What relationships do you need to build? The first question Paul asked when God gave him his vision was, 'What do you want me to do?' (Acts 9:6 NKJV). And today that's the question you need to ask God, too.

I recharged #300 via zenith bank on the 7th, I was debited but my line wasnt.
Someone sent 3k to my GTB acct that same 7th, it's yet to drop.

Even the much talked about Opay is acting up. Someone sent 10k since friday I'm yet to recieve alert. Martins pls how do I contact Opay customer care?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I hv been using Opay since and never had issues with their services until just recently, dnt knw if it's coz their customer base is expanding by the day. My sis dat I introduced it to just last week is complaining also.

      Delete
    2. Tell those people to check their bank app and account balance. They may have reversed the money to them. It happened to me too , I sent money to store owner close to me, the person did not see it but I was debited. Two days later, it was reversed to me.
Some people are not honest, they will tell you to contact your bank, meanwhile the money had been reversed to them.

      Delete
    3. Almost all banks now have one issue or the order because of the influx of users. People now do transfer and pos transactions more than before. You can message Martins

      Delete
    4. Wanted opening an OPay account,so does that mean they aren't reliable again or its just this period we are in?

      Delete
    5. The money was probably reversed, the person should check their bank app if they can be sincere cos payment to Opay can never take that long if “successful”..

Opay is the most reliable in Nigeria now,yes little service glitch since last week but the fastest to receive payment nationwide..

Most times it’s the beneficiary bank that lacks network,so when money is sent, status goes to “pending” and can likely reverse..

But transfer from Opay to Opay? No bank has that speed currently..

That’s why we check service status for deposit before money is sent to any bank in Nigeria currently;if it’s above 50% then we proceed, but less than that keeps your transaction at either “Pending” or “Unsuccessful”..

That is the issue why the transfer isn’t going;and not Opay network..

But most don’t know this;which is normal cos status for every bank can be checked if you have a moniepoint POS amongst others..

Hope this helps, sorry for the stress..

      @MARTINS

      Delete
    6. To contact customer care, open your app an click on the “Me” icon;then scroll and your would see their email and other “self-service” option..

But since Friday till today? Money was surely reversed..

I started using Opay since 2018 till today, never had a reason to contact customer care for any transaction as they get resolved automatically..

    2. Seriously, it's getting worse. Seeing bv Ostrich's post yesterday on SP about her mum buying 5000 with 2000 broke my heart.
Some of these POS people are overdoing it. Did they buy the cash? Even if they did, did they buy 5000 for up to 1000 or even 500?

      Delete
    3. @Fatee,50k is given to POS operators for 65k here in my area..ALABA Intl and Ajangbadi in Lagos here..

What this means is that per 5k is #1500,cost price..

If you dare see anyone to give you 50k cash for 60k transfer in Naira;people will rush that person..

Now most customers will insult the POS person not knowing it’s the cost price they got the cash;that’s the reason I have not had cash but stick to card transfers for over a month now..

What I did was convince various biz person in my line to open an Opay account,so that when customers come;they use their card at my office and I transfer to either their Opay account or other bank accounts when there is network..

Cash is really a big issue, nobody in POS Biz that I know gets less than that amount I stated above.

      May God help us.

    1. To the bv that said akara is stressful to make. I peel it with that small mortar and pestle that I use for pounding Igbo soup ingredients. I also use the mortar to pound yam if we don't have visitors. it is a little big.
Firstly, I drain the water from my beans, pour it in the mortar and use the pestle to brush it hard or pound it lightly. I do it in my kitchen, placing the mortar on a cloth on the floor so it doesn't disturb people downstairs. Before 5mins, I'm done, then I separate the shaft. it's only three cups of beans that I make so I do it all at once in the mortar.
