Delete1) Buy FGN Bond.
2) Fixed deposit
3) Invest in mutual funds
Or you can take it to one of these pension fund managers and let them explain the list of savings or investment plan they have that can favor your 100k.
Also, depending on what you do, you can start a side hustle. If you work in an office, you can choose to sell really nice shoes and your colleagues would patronise you.

I do not have one cheating bone in my body, but I am imperfect in other ways, that may even be more painful than if I was a cheater. All we can do is work to be better ourselves and take on only the flaws we can handle in others.

But the good thing is my needs are always met and I lack nothing by God’s grace, whatever I have, money, food, rent etc once it’s about to run out I get provision immediately
Someone can just dash me a huge sum or call me to come do a quick job. Even during these naira scarcity period I’ve never lacked cash
The other day I had just 5k left from the 30k someone gave me and wondering where the next cash is coming from, just stepped out to get something and my landlord dashed me 15k cash. I don’t beg o, though I’m beautiful but I respect myself

DeleteI remember when I went for HSG, the guy asked me to strip contrary to everything I read and saw on YouTube that it was only the waist area that will be exposed, I complied. I noticed something strange he was doing, whenever he takes d xray after injecting the dye, he will use his hand and cup my vjay n rub d clit, i felt disgusted. I knew this wasn't the right thing to do, meanwhile, he asked d female technicians to leave, just d 2 of us. The 3rd time he did it, I rose up and asked him what he was doing. Quickly left d lab n asked them to tell me he is done. Anytime I remember this I still feel disgusted. TTC is not for the faint hearted.thank God for victories

Always request a nurse to be present. You could have reported him to management though. Save other women

Physical aspect will be to sleep well, exercise, positive affirmations, and talk therapy aka see a therapist Or a Christian counselor or someone you can confide with. Professional therapist is better sha if you can afford it. Also figure out what’s making you sad, pray and start working on it. Combination of these things I mentioned, you’ll see a big difference. This is has worked tremendously for mePs: don’t isolate yourself too much when depressed or feeling sad. Go out and be around people to avoid negative thoughts. Goodluck.
