  1. Own my business biko. It gives me more time to take care of my kids.

  2. Run my business. I face the storms, enjoy the windfalls. As much as running business in Nigeria isn't easy, I still prefer working for me. And I'll pick running business every day and twice on Sunday.

  3. Have my own business because the peace of mind that comes with it is priceless 🤗

  9. Having your biz is way better if you take it seriously as if you're in paid employment. And best if you're lucky to know the biz that'll click fastest for you.

  10. Run my business and still work for others on the side, depending on the pay and working terms.

  11. Run my business. Presently work 8-5 in a one man business. It is really draining (do up to 4 people work, work for subsidiary company). It is well, I don't have the means to start my business yet and don't have ideas on what to do for now.

Though I desire to own my real estate estate firm but still need client base.

GOD PLS GRANT ME MY HEART DESIRES. I stressed.

  12. Apart from the flexibility, the joy of managing your own thing is unmatch. It's not easy but it often pays in the end, if you know why you are in it.
So I'll choose owning my business any day anytime. But should you find yourself in paid employment and that's your path, try to have a business as your side hustle. E get why.

  13. Work for someone. More like a corporate setting though, and that is exactly what i’m doing, and i feel really fulfilled. 9-5 job, any day any time.

  14. Depends on what I am getting out of owning or working for someone else.

Watching a small business owner getting sick and not having health benefits is not pretty. Small business owners need to protect themselves. Those working for others need to look out for their best interest and be strategic where they choose to work.

  15. Own my business, nothing like a boss of yourself oh. SDK you are the boss of yourself and you do your things the way you want to. Imagine working for someone, you cannot flex, spend, help people the way you want to.

  20. Both...Maybe im not business savvy but, running my own business. I was always at a loss no matter how much i charged. I forgot to pay myself a salary. There was a structure but i do not think i understood it. Crowned with the fact that, prices on items in Nigeria quadrupled and clients not understanding why you are actually increasing your prices. Working for someone, if the company has structure. You are certain of a paycheck at the end of the month or as at when due. Owning a business, as the owner sometimes its not guaranteed. My own two cents sha oh
