DeleteEarlier before now, I said this election can't be rigged and some of you don't know why I said so and how confident I am about that statement.
ReplyDeleteFirst let's look at the reason and what Dino Melaye said before he staged a walkout at the collation centre.
''We Cannot Continue Collation if INEC Chairman Fails to Confirm that Collated Results Reflect Results from PUs Uploaded with BVAS as Stipulated by New Electoral Law.''
Do you know the New Electoral Law stipulated that results collated must reflect the same result announced from the Polling units uploaded with BVAS into the server?
Was this process followed?
I doubt.
If INEC chairman can't prove that the results being announced after collations are the true reflection of the results gotten from the polling units through BVAS into the server, then he has faulted on the Electoral Law. Offence number 1.
Secondly, what is the essence of the BVAS they told us results will be transmitted automatically, yet they are now collating results manually? Offence number 2..
It's on the premise, Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has called for the cancellation of the results obtained manually that didn't pass through the BVAS to the server and a rerun rescheduled on the 4th of March 2023.
Reason is that, the results, it's alleged to have been doctored.
Immediately after Obasanjo's letter to Mr President and the INEC Chairman went viral, look at what Hon. Yakubu Dogara said in a tweet.
''Electoral fraud triggers crises of legitimacy and that it must be addressed immediately. He warned that failure to do so could result in Nigerians having to endure prolonged struggles within a troubled democracy.''
Thirdly, Labour Party had announced all party agents should forward pictures of the snapped results sheet given to them by INEC staff at the polling units after the election that day which was duly signed by the agents at each polling units that Saturday to a particular WhatsApp number.
Remember, that is the original results meant to be uploaded at the server through the BVAS but the INEC staff didn't do that simply because they had a different motive and plan in doctoring the results when they get to their office.
It will burst your brain when this two results will be put side by side for cross examining. The whole truth will be laid to bare and you will see a conflicting results and the attempted rigging we're talking about.
Don't forget, it will also serve as an exhibit before the court if INEC proceed to rig this election which I doubt they would want to.
So this election can never be rigged unless they don't want a peaceful Nigeria anymore and have decided to plunge the country into anarchy.

If the school Senate/departmental Head inform the lecturers that the students results (GDPAs) must be sent via email and they all agreed. Later on, the lecturers on their own decided to send it manually, After collecting money for data? The Board/Dept will not accept such result, that's number one.
Clear case of what INEC did, after spending billions in acquiring BVAS machines and they decided to use manual. The results are already invalid/not accepted.
