ReplyDeleteI have learned that sometimes you cannot repair a relationship you neglected or hurt at a given point of your life, and that's okay. Ever heard of the saying "sometimes we are collateral damage in someone else's war with themselves"? sadly I've found myself on both ends of the stick. I've hurt and been hurt and that is how you grow, that is how you learn. Life doesn't come with a manual. Some lessons are learned through trial and error. Forgive yourself for not knowing better but keep it moving. You cannot hold on to what is hurting you nor can you punish yourself for not knowing any better at the time.

Miss A too later Mrs A she was not offended she got married and Just stopped commenting. But we can't force a grown adult to do what they don't. Back then I will rush to open the blog because of the different character we have here and story of different kind. Sapphire that talks about the book the secret all the time hasn't commented for a while.

I have added so much, I am so uncomfortable .. please tips on how to loose weight .. I have tried different methods like green tea but not working.
Secondly , I am always constipated , I depend on laxative to use the rest room but the laxative don't work any longer.
Is there any remedy?. I booked appointment for colonoscopy next week with the doc.
Please solutions/ suggestions highly needed.

I ve been so hurt by people I call family, my mum inclusive. Been trying to forget it and move on but I am finding it hard to. Maybe because they have refused to discuss it with me. They keep gas lighting me as if I am the one who wronged them. I have left them to God
