Saturday Breakfast Post

 Do you just eat what you see or do you have a time table that you use for the week?


I am drinking small garri this morning but use honey instead of sugar....

What are you having?

    I tried working with a food timetable, but I couldn't cope. Now I go with the day's appetite.😊

  7. I prepared my Candes special poundo yam flour and catfish okro soup. That's what we're eating.

    2. The way I prepare mine, I cook the catfish with all the other soup ingredients, remaining only the okro and ugu leaves or uziza. Then when the catfish is cooked, I remove them carefully and keep in a plate, then I add the okro and ugu leaves plus any other leaves,turn together and then place the cat fish one by one carefully inside the soup, then shake together by shaking the pot. Cook for 3minutes and put it down.

  13. I eat what we have at home....we ate rice and stew dis morning

    All thanks to my yearly food contribution dat made me have a bag of rice at home...I hope I will be able to do dis year again

  14. Beans and ripe plantain porridge. That's our constant every Saturday except occasionally when we buy akara.
