ReplyDeleteThe city went after her since the car is in her name. She can successfully sue the ex-boyfriend for the parking tickets especially if she was unaware he bought the car in her name (which I doubt) and he committed the violation. I worked with a guy before who was dating a woman who had much better credit than he did, being lovey lovey, they went to the car dealer because he wanted to buy a car, he convinced her to put the car in her name as he did not qualify for the purchase with his messed up credit. Fast forward a few months, the same man was now dating someone else, a married woman that we all worked with o, problems began with his man girlfriend as he began to act like an asshole towards her, they then broke up, wise girl just brought people to repossess the car from him and she now had 2 cars, one of which she did not need and now had to arrange to have it sold off at a loss as the car already depreciated as soon as you drive it off the car lot. Bobo had the audacity to dey bitch for office say she come collect the car from him and now she has an extra car and financial burden wey she no need, yada yada, yada. This same guy, the next week, went to a car dealer and got the exact same type of car, a mustang, probably paying much more for it due to his bad credit.
ReplyDeleteI trust that if the ex-girlfriend had not repossessed the car, he would have out of spite used it disrespectfully and also not pay any of the car payments at all, leaving her with gbese. Sharp girl. This one up here should have actively attempted to have the car repossessed after the breakup, unless she was not aware he used her name to buy it, then that will be identity theft and big wahala too.

ReplyDeleteI went online to find out more and found out that she loves tried her best to move the car but couldn't as well as other things she tried to do. She lost her license cos she didn't pay for the tickets. Now she's sueing her ex and Chicago state come spring 2023 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
