Yes, the citizens can be a handful but there are a lot of power vested on a leader, if he is serious about anything, he would make it happen and the citizens would follow, either by patriotism or by force..
But they only use the power for selfish reasons..

ReplyDeleteNigeria problem is the constitution. It arrogate some powers and immunity to some nonsense that shouldn't have been in the first instance.
If they discard the military constitution and calls for the people's constitution where each nationalities (representatives) will sit on a round table and map out the way forward, them a national rebirth is possible.
Still using the military constitution that favors the very criminals that structured Nigeria, nothing good will ever come out of the country.
For me it's the public power supply system. In this day and age, as a country we still generate an average of 5,000MW.

ReplyDeleteNigeria can never be fixed. We are dealing with the masses who are equally as bad if not worse than the leaders. All the hate and crime happening in the streets are not being committed by politicians. People leave the politicians and channel their anger and frustration towards people who are in the suffering galore as them.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion I think Let Nigeria(as a name) be put up for sale, in my opinion that name holds so much responsibility and both government and masses cannot live to expectation no matter how hard we try!! Am pissed at that name, wish I can change everything Nigerian about me!
