Well the lady I got married too changed immediately after the court wedding. I never saw that part of her and not only her.. even her parents became something else.

I don’t understand how a day old marriage can be the worst thing that happened to you. I wonder what your wife did in a single day for you to run back into the arms of your ex. I would also turn nasty if my husband ran back to his ex one day after our wedding. Why did you break up with the ex in the first place? I feel you must have started behaving badly for your wife to turn nasty, especially if you no longer wanted to go ahead with the wedding. I’m sure your attitude would have been off. Really terrible to go ahead and marry someone knowing you want to be with another. You are a full grown adult. Take responsibility and stop blaming your parents for your terrible decision and painting your wife black.

ReplyDeleteThis can be true or false. But one happened recently,but the husband did not know about it. On the day of her traditional marriage,when her in-laws and her husband have gone home after the traditional marriage.
ReplyDeleteThe traditional was done on Thursday, the church wedding will take place on Saturday,so she stayed in her father's house,she will go to the church from her father's house on Saturday .
She came to her ex boyfriend 's house on Friday,the guy slept with her. I was so angry with the guy, because he my friend. I told him that he is a very wicked creature.
What is her business with her ex few days to her wedding? When its repercussions come tomorrow it is only her that will suffer for it. The guy isn't guilty jur

The story narrated by 12:35 happened to my elder brother. The woman's colleague at work and lover sat front row at her traditional marriage to my brother as the day's video later showed. After the ceremony, she told her parents she was coming to our town to be with my brother, but she did not. This was before GSM was introduced into Nigeria. So, it all worked easy for her. After marriage, she gave one reason or the other to avoid relocating to my brother's base to stay. Until my father took the radical step of building a house for my brother and her as matrimonial home. She was then forced to relocate. Even after that, the man relocated with her too. That was when it all unravelled.
As said, this happened more than 22years ago. Yet some female BVs still call stories like this "twitter tales" today.

Things really happening on this earth. Few months back I read a story of a man who was arrested for soliciting a sex worker on his honeymoon. Yep, while his wife was sleeping in the hotel, he was searching online for a prostitue, he found one and setup for a meeting, but it was a police sting and he was arrested.
ReplyDeleteWe have to admit that for many there is no sacredness involved in marriage. Folks marry now for all sorts of selfish reasons, and the divine sacred union is not a part of that.
