  5. I want to do family planning because of the severe pain I usually have every month and this pains has caused me jobs but the problem is I have fibroid, I dont know if this will affect me please bvs I need your help thanks.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Why don’t you discuss this with your gynecologist to know if you can be on family planning with the fibroid. Are you married, why don’t you give birth to children and in the process the fibroid will be removed during childbirth and you can be free.

If you are done with giving birth just take your womb off and rest form pains.

      Delete
    2. Ehn you will go to the hospital and ask na... Sorry about the pains tho

    3. The doctor will handle this best. If it should be removed or the pains managed. Pele, you'll ve alright.

    4. Anon 13:13, that was so insensitive an answer, see the way you just straight up asked if she is married, why won’t she give birth to kids. U dnt know her struggles, healthwise and financially.

Emerald, go to ur doctor and discuss this with them, they would advise on the best method for ur health condition. Goodluck!

    6. A secondary school mate is single, she was asked to get pregnant because of her fibroid, after delivering they will remove the fibroid and the baby, in the course of the cs the baby survived and she died last t weekend.

      Delete
    7. Emerald pls don't get pregnant and allow any doctor to remove fibroid together with baby o. You either do fibroid surgery first , then get pregnant or you give birth first before doing fibroid surgery. The two are major surgeries that cause serious loss of blood and complications in some cases, it is not advisable to do both on the same table.
I had fibroids when I delivered via CS, my doctor faced the baby alone and left the fibroid, even at that, I almost died.

I just want to make custard inside this mug, it is now looking like rocket science.๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    ReplyDelete

    1. If the custard is watery after making it;pour it back into a pot then place on fire and keep stirring till it's thick paste is to your taste then you bring it down, same as when preparing pap..

Alternatively while preparing it;stop pouring hot water once there is a slight change in colour in the paste, leave for 5 seconds then stir continuously to blend for a minute or two..

    3. With all my life, I hate making custard
They said the trick is to add small qty of water so the mixture will be a little bit thick. And then pour hot water, not over boiling๐Ÿคฆ, on it while stirring it. If it's still not thick enough, put it on the fire, inside a pot and continue stirring. Say e go thick

I’m pregnant with twins and the doctor said I should opt for elective CS.
Apart from how expensive it is, I really prefer vaginal delivery

Please those that have birthed twins vaginally, how did it go?

    Make una help me

    ReplyDelete

    1. My aunt has 3 kids. One and the other 2, twins. She said twin vaginal delivery is relatively easy. That once the first one comes out, the second just follows. Me I dunno...
My own advise is, follow the doctor's orders. Forget money, life first. Ehen

      Delete
    2. Whatever you believe or want that is what God will do for you. Did you ask your doctor why he is suggesting you should have a CS.

You should see your doctor to get clear information why he want you to go through that. Remember your doctor knows better than anyone here but what God says is the final. Join the NSDPP to build your faith and birth according to what you want.

      Delete
    3. I’ll advise CS. Twin delivery comes with risks. Na God dey save sha

      Delete
    4. I'll suggest you stick to the Dr's CS suggestion and pray. Twin delivery can be dicy, don't let thought of cost put you at risk or any superstition. Even we that do trad fertility even refer people to do CS. Safe delivery iya Ibeji.

    5. My mum has twins and said everything Fidel said up there !!! She said it’s easy because once the first makes way the other follows she says the pain isn’t excessive either

      Delete
    6. My late grand mum and a lot I know who had twins many years back said twins are easy like Fidel stated..

But trust us here na;most private hospital especially here in Lagos would state otherwise and if you challenge they would ask "Are you a doctor?"..so I would advice you jejely keep the money for CS..

Whether you can do the vaginal delivery or not;they would convince you so much and gradually they would scare you a bit so you would opt for the CS..
If it's not how your pelvic is too tight,it would be another English you cant comprehend..

It's first a business, remember this..so they need the money from CS compared to what you will pay if you go for vaginal delivery..

I don't know about government hospital though..but all the same don't be scared.

God be with you, safe delivery ahead..

    7. If I was pregnant with twins, I'm not pushing, even if all parameters are OK. Cut me open and bring them out. I won't tell you to disobey your doctor and test the efficacy of online success stories, you know your pregnancy journey, stick with it.

    8. Please follow your doctors advise, I had twins in 2018 and I ended up giving birth to one and doing Cs on the second twin because she was unable to turn head down.i nearly died if not for God's intervention. Twin birth comes wit a lot of issues, so pls thread with caution

    9. Go with the Doctors recommendation, Twin pregnancies have their own risk. No take your life play.
      Safe delivery, Amen

      Delete
    10. Yes. People that had issues with twin pregnancy will not be going about giving testimonies. It’s only the successful ones you’ll hear. It can go well, and I might not. If it were me, CS straight up. If you can’t afford it, opt for vaginal

      Delete
    11. Ask your doctor why he wants you to do CS, is there a risk of complications that he has seen in you? Is it your first pregnancy? If it is first pregnancy, pls go for CS without argument. If you don't have money, go and borrow. Your life first.

      Delete
    12. fair points, your first concern should be to find out the indication for the caesarean section. Why does ur dr think a C/S will be the best option for you. No 2 pregnancies re the same. If you re not satisfied with the answers, you go somewhere else for a 2nd opinion, however I beg you in the name of God, dont go to all these "mamas" and delivery homes, many of them re crooks, and not have the skills to handle complications when they arise, I have seen many pts loose their babies and even their womb because of TBAs

  8. What is the best space between having children. My daughter is now 1 year old. Should I wait a little longer before getting pregnant?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You can take in now so that she your second child comes your first will be close to 2 years. If you are in your 30s please do two years apart and rest.

Birth all you want to birth in good time and rest, if you have twins I think two years before you take in will be perfect but since just do it one year plus.

      Delete
    2. Your personal choice how you want them spaced. Your age if you want to birth all sharp sharp cos you're advancing. Either way as long as you're very healthy, you can start trying for another pregnancy obce the baby hits one.

      Delete
    3. Please wait till ur baby is 2, that way the stress won’t be too much. A one year old is totally dependent on you, some are still breast feeding sef. But once they hit 2, she is to an extent independent, even if you are pregnant she won’t really be a burden, she go don start sch sef. Most importantly, ur body has rested well and has healed totally from the first birth. Godluck!

  10. Bikonu, what issue does Leo Messi have with Louis Van Gaal, I have googled it but I didn't see anything.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Van Gaal is the Netherlands coach and he does not like Argentina. Before the game he coached his team to taunt the Argentina team with snide remarks and funny gestures (which is why after Argentina win the game they returned him that gesture of mocking them with their hands raised to their ears) also because the team from Netherlands has relatively tall people VG made sure they took their bullying into the game by playing long balls and body blocking the tiny Argentinian men. Many people who’ve had VG as coach have complained of his bad attitude with one even saying those were the worst football years of his life. Messi after the game afore mentioned went to tell offf VG saying that’s not how you play football it’s played in the pitch not taunting and maiming!!! So he told him off that day and made fun of him as well. That’s the issue

    1. Yes, mine was triplets, the fibroids were small, but grew along with pregnancy. During CS I asked that they remove it, the surgeon said it's a risk he can't afford to take. I was closed up. They are still there but I'm done nwith childbearing, so they can occupy till thy kingdom come since they don't bother me in any way.

    3. Don't be afraid. You can get pregnant and have children with fibroids. Just go discuss with a gynae to know the best way to manage it.

    4. Arike pls, I took herbs for melting fibroids, the menstrual flow came few weeks back in lumps ,since three weeks blood continues dropping daily ,not so much.
I want know if the lump was the fibroid then why is the blood not stopping from flowing out daily. Thanks

      Delete
    5. Please stop taking unverified herbs for fibroids, they only crystalized the fibroids and get them stuck to the walls of your body, making it difficult for the doctors to take out during operation and subsequently you might bleed fatally. Locate a good gynae and discuss the possibility of using fibromed by naturesfield, but know that a healthy lifestyle, surgery and good diet can go a long way

      Delete
    6. Anon 17:17, you guys never seem to baffle me. Why re Nigerians like this, your womb has 3 major layers, the middle one is muscle, fibroid is a benign growth of the muscle, if there is an herb to melt it, it will also melt your womb too, what you re experiencing is probably blood clots, be very careful, some of these herbs contain abortion inducing medications, and the sellers intentionally crush them inside.
