Sun screen is screening you from sun that is all. Protecting you from harsh UV rays that's all.
And yes, you should use it every 2 hours max if you are in the sun, indoors and away from windows you can use once a day.

DeleteGo to the govt and have a good home lesson teacher. Cheap private schools do not have qualified teachers. And also keep track on their progress. When it's time for ssce get them to attend acknowledge lecture centers.
Delete10 eggs is too much, 5big eggs will do... Mix flour baking powder, grated nutmeg, powdered milk/milk flavour,sugar in a bowl, pinch salt. Mix very well . This stage if you want a particular taste in your chin chin you can taste this dry mix to make correction.. pour your whisked egg into your dry mix and, when you are done mixing it should be like bread crumbs, then you rub in your butter add water.... Knead till it forms a dough... Rest your dough.... Cut out your dough and rollout with a rolling pin, cut into desired shape and deep fry till golden brown.... Secret here is the chichi doesn't have to be extremely golden brown in the hot oil. As the chin chin when brought out from the oil still cooks till cold. If I let it get very brown when frying it will get darker when cold.... You can use any flavour of choice both powdered and liquid to get any taste of choice.you can play with colours too...

For me I prefer pregnacare plus Omega , easy to swallow just once daily and doesn’t smell at all, that’s currently what I am taking and what I took for all my children, I can testify to pregnacare plus.
