Idk but I think 4mths is still too early for those exercises. But you can be going on short walks, dancing... Your normal activities basically. 4mths is really early tho
DeleteMoving around is already an exercise, dance, eat clean. Squatting helps but speak to your gyn on when you can start. Be intentional on what you eat when your Edd is close, very intentional about it.
DeleteYou can take 15 to 20 mins walk everyday if your neighbour hood is safe( not brisk walk or dance for about 20 mins daily nothing vigorous.

Please, my nephew wants to study medicine outside the country. Canada doesn't accept undergraduate unless you have B. Sc, so that side is off our list. I checked out Australia and they have medical school for undergraduate. Or is there any other safe college we can start digging on?

If it’s a Fin-tech coy;call their customer care and they would either send an agent to your location;or ask you to waybill to their location and they activate it again;then return..

Report them whenever they mess up. Don’t cover them. If they’re not contributing to the team, gather evidence and report them. Also, start keeping evidence of your output and productivity. No cover anybody. Good girl no pay for office oo. Lalso learn to go go to your supervisors office to ask questions about projects you’re working on. Even if you know it.

DeleteDon't know what your profession is so can't advise about jobs.
Dont know what type of business you are into or would like to go into, so cant advice about business.
Accommodation would most likely be cheaper but dont know how a 'standard' 2 bedroom flat would go for 150k except it's not in the city centre, maybe outskirts.
You can also find a 2bedroom in Nassarawa which is less than 30 minutes from Abuja for that amount.

DeleteIf you must move to Ilorin, do your findings well. Things are cheap there including rent, so even if you don't get a well paying job, you will be fine. For business, there are areas in the city centre where business moves well. If you need cheap flat like the one you mentioned above , you will get neat ones in outskirts/new sites like Airport road, Babaode, Asa dam , Fate-Tanke, etc. In town, they are available but not neat.
There are good schools too, from elite schools to middle class to lower class, they are many. When you move there, ask around, they will tell you.
I know Ilorin very well and can link you up with someone for accommodation and others if you need help.

I will have to spend 15/20 minutes to type just a line, initially, l thought it was a screen problem and l changed the screen last week, yet l'm still having the same problem. It's even getting worse now becos some of the alphabets are now stiff.
