INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD
My kids love orange juice so I buy the small packs because they are portable and fit into their backpacks.
Now the issue is that the price of this juice pack has doubled and also the small yoghurt packs are now more expensive too.
This little packs have become an essential part of the little ones lunch pack and my little ones will not eat without it.
I don’t know if the content of this drinks have reduced or its my kids who have grown up, they can now finish the whole drink in a gulp.
I try to give them more water especially after I did a calculation of how much we spend on juice and yoghurt packs.
Tried sourcing for alternative natural juices but the cost way more, so I am sticking to the ones we buy.
It is well.
In cases like this, it is better to stick to water

If you can no longer buy packed juices, you can always make your juices yourself and put in small water bottles for them. We should make our kids know what is going on in the country at the moment.
