DeleteAnti-depressants make u put on alot of weight. Im on one dat its secondary use is for migraine headache, neurologist didnt tell me its an anti-depressant till i googled it. I have gained 10kg. But its the only drug that works for me if not i cant function or get out of bed. Iv just accepted my size 14 body.

DeleteAnon 13:39, if you still want to lose weight, you can. Except you are comfortable with your size 14. While some drugs can seriously slow down your metabolism and make it difficult for your body to burn fat, the only thing that can make you add weight is overeating. If you are adding weight, you are consistently eating more calories than your body needs. If you eat the right amount of calories daily, you will be surprised at how the fat will melt away. I have seen this happen for a lot of people on antidepressants and family planning.

She spends or live most of her life outside the country now, how do you expect her to be in parties and events? The last time she was here, she partied with Omotola, Ini and Rita, Uche and others with that iconic photo that broke Nigeria internet space for weeks. The fact that she is seeking a life of peace and solitude does not take anything away from her contribution to the African film industry.
