  6. SDK that thing you see there is better than any spices you will buy in the market to cook your meal. That locust beans is the bomb oh. If you put it inside local rice with dry fish just forget to share with your neighbor.

You can blend it since you don't want to see it inside your food. Do you know is a good thicker also and is very good for the eyes. Some eat it raw but me don't have such grace yet . Making soup with it is like cooking with out fish or meat.

My breakfast today is watermelon and I am doing fine with just that.

  7. I woke up very hungry and ate cold eba and hot ogbono soup at 6:30am. Now I am craving party jollof.

That native rice is not native without ko cyst beans, I hate the smell but I use it because it takes the native rice to another level.

  14. 🤣🤣🤣😂 Stella the great Queen you made me laugh like a jackass with that statement " pant smelling like ogiri" it's quite true some good looking people you see on the streets have smelly undies like it and ogiri.
I always admire some of my friends dad's that cook for their families, I used to adore them as if they were special creations from God, because my dad has never cooked for us and often claim that my friends dad's are effeminate sissies

  15. Dayuum!!
I’m all for that locust beans ma’am Stella. That was my favorite condiment back in kogi. They call it “iru”

I purged all through last night. I’m very weak. I justify manage chop bread and pap. I need strength Lord!

  16. If you want to enjoy iru with jollof rice, pound the iru with the pepper/tomatoes in mortar or grinding stone. You will love it. As you put it in the hot oil sef, you ma go bow for aroma.

  17. Stella oh! I know a client whose hubby almost killed through this weekend breakfast thing! The lady was a highly placed career woman doing very well and married this complete efulefu of a man. She is very rich. The man was chasing everything in skirt. The lady got tired and threatened to end the marriage. The man begged that it won't happen again. To show his love and loyalty, he started making her sumptuous breakfast every Sunday morning. He will serve the lady the breakfast and will carry away their only child so that "she can enjoy the breakfast in peace". He and the child never are with her. Not knowing that he was putting small small doses of arsenic in the food. The lady became ill and for over 1 year was going from hospital to hospital. She eventually went to one hospital and they did a comprehensive toxicology test on her a d found .

  18. Counts. The did a comprehensive toxicology test on her and found out she has a very high level of arsenic in her blood. Arsenic is colourless, odourless and tasteless so one won't even know there's is something in the food. The doctor started asking her questions and that was when she realised that the man never are with her and made sure their child didn't eat with her. She came back, relocated to a new room in the house. Bought a new fridge and new set of plates pots, cutlery etc. Everything she ate she cooked in her room. Within 2 months, the difference was clear. She alerted her family on what was happening. Took away her car, ATM card and everything of hers the man had. Within 3 months, the man ran away from the house. And in less than 6 months after bring told that she had a high level of arsenic in her system, it completely disappeared. So my fellow bv, if your man is doing love and serving you breakfast in bed, okey him always eat with you oh! The story shocked me.

    1. See my partner here. I have been told to try that Lipton but somehow i find myself believing it won’t go down well. Me that can go months without eating noodles it’s now the only thing I can tolerate. I have been eating it morning and evening for the last 4 days . It’s the only thing I can eat. Can’t wait to cross over this 1st trimester

  20. Jewelu, iru is different from ogiri,I think ogiri smells more badly than iru, though very good condiments for cooking native soups and sauces.
