A husband, Justine Onu, has urged a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja, to dissolve his marriage to his wife, Joyce.
The businessman recalled how he caught her having s#xual intercourse with his cousin and complained to the court that his wife was promiscuous and he was tired of the union.
He added that he had developed high blood pressure because of his wife’s actions.
He alleged that she was irresponsible and does not cook nor take care of the children.
In reply, the respondent denied all allegations levelled against her....
The presiding judge Labaran Gusau fixed November 8, 2022 for the next hearing on the matter.
