Hello everyone, I want to know between the Shea butter that looks like butter in colour and the white one which one is better.
ReplyDeleteIt is not the colour that is so important than to be sure of originality of it . 90% of Shea butter outside there are fake , some they mix candle was with it , all the one they sell in the market are fake, someone will be selling original Shea butter under hot sun and it will not melt it is not possible
DeleteIt’s not by color , the one I have now is butter color kind off, I use the ori and olive oil for My stomach to avoid stretch mark because I am pregnant . Ask those market women, they know who among them carry the original ones that are effective for different purposes. that’s how I usually get mine.

To be successful in it;you have got to have your own money/Capital;then buy it out at wholesale price and keep in your home or office..

If the orders are much and you don’t have;your source would waybill directly in your own name;then you plead with your customer to bear as delivery won’t be same day but next day..
If you run a dropshipping biz without having the goods with you,waybill fee and delay would give you a bad name and probably make you lose customers ..
Successful Dropshipping or any other biz is about tweaking it with ideas such that it won’t be same as others out there;which in turn would win you customers..

That ask her to do series of test plus a CT scan.
The result came out that her liver is larger than normal (mild). And fats on her liver.
The hospital does not have a gastroenterologist and they said to get them is not easy. We are base in Benin. Don’t know if anyone knows what she can take or how to get a gastroenterologist here in Benin.
Although she was placed on medication her next appointment is next month.
Teaching hospital here is not helping at all.
Check Tesco, Asda Sainsbury's websites too. At least taking payment at tills is not backbreaking like care jobs

Also was the CT scan done with IV and oral contrast?that’s best for looking at the internal organs. Did they also do basic labs ? Like full blood count, electrolytes and a liver function test ? The docs have to look for another explainatjon . Besides the abdominal pain, any fevers or chills, what makes the pain better ? She needs a through history taking, exam, blood tests and imaging

I don’t know how this works..but I can’t post my email or cell phone here.. and As a rule I try not to treat folks without actually seeing them and examine them myself which wouldn’t be possible in your mums case . But I can see what I can do for your mum. I have a few friends in Lagos who are gastroenterologist and can refer you to them based on my discussion with you. I will come back to check on this post. I and the father don't argue in his presence and my husband has never raised his hands to beat me oo. Infact, his father is cool and very calm likewise the elder siblings who are even girls.

Delete@Anon,I dont use Nivea,i dont have a body cream,just got vaseline even tone with b3 and sp10 yesterday, I love the reviews of Nivea and also the vaseline even tone and cocoa glow reviews.i use papaya extract made in Philippines soap not naija own courtesy of bv Martin recommendation.the soap is exfoliating, started the second pack today and I got an exfoliating sponge,that hand shape sponge.

For non acne skin .. sleep well, eat well, exercise, wear a good sunscreen daily before going out into the sun ( google sunscreen to read about them ), then a simple consistent skin regimen that involves a daily moisturizer ( hyaluronic acid containing face serums) are all the rage now. DeleteHi. I had the same issues. I did the necessary tests. High prolactin level was the diagnosis. I also took Parlodel for 6 months before it stopped. Guess what 6 months later breats started secreting fluids again.

This was about 8 years ago and i have 3 kids now. Please see a gynae that can treat you properly.

I use good molecule serum and it cleared my dark spot,my hyperpigmentation too,started seeing changes within a week.i am dark skin though but it's for all skin type and my face is now smooth.Also get good sunscreen, like missha sunscreen or aqua sun cut cos without sunscreen, your face product wont show effectiveness.

use ur face wash first,pat dry with a different towel from your body towel,I use paper towel for my face.use ur serum on slightly damp face but for vit c,face must be dry before use.use ur face cream then apply sunscreen.At night,use face wash,night serum or toner ,then night cream.
DeleteTry as much as possible to reduce the number of skincare products u use so as not to overload ur face.
P.S,some serum are toners e.g good molecule exfoliating night serum.
some face wash are exfoliating too e.g anyone containing salicylic acid e.g zapzyt acne wash.So if you are getting a face wash with exfoliating ingredients, dont get an exfoliating serum or use exfoliating scrub again on your face.
for brands, I swear by Korean and Asia skincare.
for affordable, check simple products for face and body lotion,aqua and missha for sunscreen, good molecule and corsx for face,other products like dr teals,cerave,make sure you buy from reputable shops to avoid fake products.
I don't use face lotion in the day time cos my sunscreen has enough moisturizer, I use aqua essence sp45 sunscreen.
I do face wash,serum,then sunscreen at day time.
i do face wash,serum and vaseline at night.
i am hoping to get simple moisturizer night cream though instead of using vaseline.
I am new to skincare though,its been one month plus I started and I am loving the result🥰

Invest in a nice comfortable winter boot, a nice back pack, nice sneakers, few comfortable jeans , sweaters one or two nice winter jackets and you’re good. D
DeleteFor acne .. retinol containing products are a life saver. But they increase one’s sensitivity to the son so you’d need to invest in a good sunscreen. Other new kids on the block are Adapalene , differin. A salicylic acid contacting product also works, AHA containing products work too.
