@anon 17:25 if it itches, it could be anything from a mild bacterial infection to an acute viral infection. Please don't self medicate as it may come back after a while and cause damages.. I'd advice you run a test and go for traditional therapy. Certified only.

DeleteI experience same thing during my first trimester. Try other toothpaste and brush first thing in the morning before Breakfast and don't brush your tongue too dip. You can try children paste, that is what works for me.
DeleteTry brush before eating anything, that way u won't throw up much.and also change your toothpaste... I went through same but this worked for me. You will get over it soon.

At a point, I had to start brushing like speed of light so that I won't throw up. The speed of light pattern worked sha, except when I'm not really fast. The tongue is usually the biggest problem 🤦

Body cream is for your body not for face...I will advise you to get a good serum, Vita C and Sunscreen...If you don't use sunscreen your face will be darker...

What did the dermatologist say? Did you engage her/him to know the reason...I believe you are reacting to some of the ingredients in the roll on or shaving cream....You might need to carry out skin sensitivity tests to find out more or you engage another dermatologist

There is card looks like an atm card(which has your meter no,10 or 11 digits)..
DeleteThat machine you have with you should have nos from 0 to 9,plug into your socket when there is power supply,then enter that meter no first and press the "ENTER" key which should be green in colour..
After that input that token units(should be 20 digits) then press the enter key and wait for the "ACCEPT" or "SUCCESS" pop up..
As a first timer,you should have units up to 7k,which you will pay back as you subscribe for the first time..
Meaning if you have used it up,you are to subscribe for nothing less than 8k,PHCN will take their 7k and give you 1k subscription..

ReplyDeleteI think it's normal. You're even eating fruits. Wonderful! I'm sure things will return to almost normal after this first trimester. You can also be eating other rich foods. Lots of crayfish, shrimps, snails and the likes

And many other interactive apps, write down carefully your user names and passwords for each of them.
Then uninstall and reinstall them.
Register for a new use.
Only Instagram, Duolingo, Himalaya could have swallowed 5g of your storage and Infinix is that vulnerable.
It’s from the phone,you have to factory reset or wipe data Cache for the ROM to be free..

Delete@Anony,I don't know of dr Rashel but I got good molecule niacinamide serum .its just 2weeks plus of use and everyone says I am glowing.i start with an acne face wash and use the serum then seal with sunscreen as I am yet to get a face cream.Hyaluronic is good though ,for my oily skin and acne ,I use salicylic.

Delete@Anon it's called chicken skin or keratosis polais not sure of the kera spelling. I have it and I started using my acne face wash on it and changed my bathing soap to extract made in Philippines.i don't know if it's the acne wash or soap,but there is massive improvement in 2 weeks of use.
