@Ijeoma,a clock that is broken down is static,meaning just at an exact spot..
DeleteFor example its on 6:45 when it broke down..
There are 24 hours in a day,so every blessed day once its 6:45am;that clock becomes correct;same as when its 6:45pm..
That means the clock although not functioning is always correct twice daily,that is morning and night once its that exact time on a functioning clock..
Im not the anon bydway..
