Crooner Davido And WIFE Chioma Make 1st Public Appearance After The Loss Of Their Son Ifeanyi

The new couple who married after the tragic loss of their son were spotted at the Inauguration of Governor Adeleke in Oshogbo, Osun state...

In this photo, the couple are with Davido's father....

I am happy that they finally married and shut up all the naysayers who became pastors on their heads and swore he would never marry her... I am not just happy under the hush hush rushed circumstances that they married under....

May their union bring them peace of mind..I pray that Chioma stays off the social media from now on....

May God bless your union and may you both grow old together in abundance of peace and fulfilment. Satisfaction and Bliss in everything you do together.

Just as I expected the demise of their son would bring them closer. God bless your home with children and joy forever. CONGRATULATIONS to the Adeleke family.

    2. The typical Davido that we know would've loved a loud wedding ceremony, big show off and all,but the hush hush was necessary considering the circumstance, moreso,Davido could not claim late Ifeanyi as his son according to igbo tradition since he wasn't married to his mother, the child belonged in Chioma's family, reason why they had to quickly hurry with the marriage so they could lay the boy to rest,May Ifeanyi sweet soul rest in the bosom of the Lord, and happy married life to Chioma and Davido

    3. Anon 13:59, did they tell you personally that was the reason they rushed the wedding. Please that speculation is wicked, stop it.

    4. But why do you want her to stay off the social media? Did she commit any crime?

Chichi, it is well with you. God will wipe away your tears.

Divido, please take care of her o Biko. She's been through a lot.😎

    6. Anon 13:59. you lied, you don’t any marriage or ceremony to claim and bury your child. Even without any introduction sef, you can bury your child anywhere. The marriage thing is only when a woman dies bearing your child and you are yet to marry her fully. That is only when you are required to marry her before she is buried. Make all these una lie’s stop already. First una lied that they only did introduction so David can claim Ifeanyi. They have reconciled since but only made it public recently before Ifeanyi’s tragic death. Am sure you lot would have formed another theories if they had became public again only after their tragic loss, leave them alone, they are married now and I’m sure Davido I know will still have his loud wedding after they are fully healed.

    7. Anon 22:03 be calming down. What anon 13:59 said is correct.
In Igbo tradition, you can’t claim a child if you’re not properly married to his/her mother. Hence the hush hush marriage in order for Adeleke’s family to bury the dead cutie.

    1. Whether they are single to you or married to you doesn’t in any way change the actual status of their relationship. So run along

Their moments will be private and that won't change anything soon. No use doing so much in public eye in order to impress most they will never come in physical contact with. They are wiser now.

What God has joined ... that's what truly counts.

    2. Don’t mind that village woman. Anyways, everyone to their own. When I was pregnant people wished me boy child, I told them I prefer girl child first and I got it and it is years now and and I’m so glad God answered that my prayer. It is like having a best friend, sister, lover and daughter for life.Chioma May love a little girl but people thinks Davido has daughters to love and need a son to do boys stuff with.

  6. Maybe the unfortunate incident made him realize the transient nature of life and the importance to seize the day while you still have it. Maybe this is trauma bonding at it's peak. Whatever the case, I wish them well.

  16. I'm happy for Chioma. If not for social media wahala, I would have loved her to experience that fairytale wedding and all the exciting that comes with it. Davido has the money to throw around. Its just sad circumstances didn't let her have that.
    I love them both.

    Congrats to them,
This kind of marriage, he married her because they lost their son, is this not out of pity marriage? I just pray that he treats her well.

    1. Haaaaa, you people ehn. 'Pity marriage' you say? Chioma is an adult fgs and I'm very sure she wasn't forced and we all saw what happened when they had a breakup. Make una leave them and see what the married life has in store for them. You people say things as if you stay inside these people's head/roof

    2. Pity marriage keh,he proposed to her and they parted after, they reconnected and have been hinting at marriage, attending church together and their pastors hinting at their intentions at marriage for early 2023. Then tragedy struck and they decided to do away with all the planning and parapizza and bring their marriage forward and you all are here talking about marriage under duress, are guys kidding? Do they look like they have the heart for elaborate wedding anytime soon, if they didn’t marry now, they will probably mourn for a long time and grow apart. So their adviser is on point and that may be their marriage and real coach.

  22. Probably couldn't think of a better way to assure her his love is real and not just cos she bore his first son. I can imagine her level of grief and maybe fear that what bonded them had gone. Davido is a good guy. I pray the Lord keeps them
