  5. Sad! As a matter of fact, na man suppose do all the work sef. A woman is a helper. You were doing things for yourself before you got married to her. She is coming into your life to help you be better and function better. You don't do your wife any favors by doing dishes, washing clothes, cooking or taking care of the kids. Team work makes the Team work! The journey of marriage is not an easy one. But if we try to get the basics right, our homes can be tiny little paradise on earth.
God bless our homes o. E nor easy!

  7. Some men ehn...
I know someone whose son fell sick recently. Wifey had to go to work but husband refused to take the child to the hospital, saying the child would be fine. Temperature of pikin dey rise dey go. Good thing wifey had to take the son to the hospital herself before leaving for work.
I mean, you ain't working. You do nothing but na still person wey suppose be your HELPMEET go go work, come back, cook, take care of pikin, while you wear your shoulder pad, feeling fly on the streets of Lagos.

    1. Some mothers do have them. Story of my life with my ex, before I realized that is not love but sheer wickedness. Took a walk and never looked back. My peace, joy...has increased exponentially.

  10. Parents especially mothers, raise your sons to do domestic chores, personal and home hygiene. That way they would be better disposed and more considerate to support their future wives. Why would a 10 or 11 year-old boy not know to pick up after himself, put his room in order, wash plates and keep the toilet clean after use? It is appalling.
Some mothers pick up after their sons even into their adulthood or make their sisters and maids do so. How do you expect such sons to be helpful to their wives?
