No matter how many books or seminars you read and attend, when it comes to marriage and parenting, NOTHING really prepares you for the challenges that lie in both. You mostly learn and adjust on the go! Your marriage is unique to others. Your kids are unique in themselves. So, the learning and adjusting is non stop!
You can't afford to be selfish with both though, because they both require absolute selflessness, dedication and commitment. Plus, as soon as you start having kids, your life is no longer yours.
Parenting nor be beans!! 💯
Marriage takes a lot from you. Children, even more! If you are not truly ready, don't take the plunge.
Marriage and Parenting are long, tasking trips, but worth every single mile! ❤️

'God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.' Romans 12:3 NKJV

Jesus pointed out that we still live in a 'faithless' generation (Matthew 17:17 NKJV). That means you must constantly fight the defeatist attitude portrayed by the culture, the media, the educational system, the workplace - and sometimes your own friends. Unless you recognise this, it can wear you down by diluting your faith. That's why you need to feed your faith daily on God's word.
Jesus said, 'If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, "Move"...and it will' (Matthew 17:20 NKJV). Jesus isn't referring to a mountain you encountered years ago. He said, 'Say to this mountain.' He wants you to exercise your faith today! He said, 'If you have faith as a mustard seed...nothing will be impossible for you' (Matthew 17:20 NKJV). A mustard seed is so tiny, it can get stuck between your teeth. But Jesus said although it's 'the least of all the seeds,' it grows into a tree big enough for birds to nest in (see Matthew 13:32 NKJV).
You say, 'I don't have any faith.' Yes, you do. Paul says, 'God has dealt to each one a measure of faith' (Romans 12:3 NKJV). And when it's activated, miracles happen. Even if you have only an ounce of faith left, you have what you need to prevail. But faith only works when it becomes the language you speak and the attitude you maintain. The enemy doesn't want you to know that, because when you do, you will start thinking about what's possible!

Yay!!! It's my third (3rd) wedding anniversary guys💃💃💃💃... The first thing to say would be to thank God for a wonderful, peaceful marriage right? But what I'm thanking God the most for today is our son. How God kept him alive for us! So yeah, this is my bestttt anniversary gift!

God I also thank you for this wonderful man, this handsome, handsome man when over fine with hot hot lips😋😋, this man that puts me first in everything, this man that listens to all my ramblings because OMG! Why do people think single ladies do not have what to do with their money or have responsibilities to take care of.

I hate it when I hear comments like what are you doing with your salary, you are not feeding anyone, you are not care of anyone. Imagine a friend calling you to say send me money and you tell the person I don’t have money. Only for the person to say what do you even do with money like my salary is paid into your account .

I have decided to ignore anyone whoever calls me to ask me such rubbish questions again and you will collect enough insult then only you people will have sense to stop asking singles what they do with their money.

I don't know if I am over reacting.
I don't use Facebook messenger but I downloaded it few months ago cos I wanted to chat someone that I didn't have her number.
I chatted some people concerning my japa plans but didn't receive follow up message from them after a while. I didn't read meaning into it cos I am still trying to raise the money for the travel.
An acquaintance called me yesterday to apologise that she has offended me.That the day she came to my house, I gave her my phone to look at pics and videos.
She said my watsapp and text msg was locked but my messenger wasn't . According to her,she read my messages and felt I shared too many personal stuffs with the people I chatted with so she deleted some of my messages to them.
I just don't agree with her reason for doing that, why delete my chats with people you don't know.I have told her not to come around me ever again .
