    The Nigerian internet space has become too DEPRESSING for me the last few weeks. Sad news, chaos, flooding, bloodshed, destruction etc. And then waking up yesterday to the news of that man who beat up his 2 month old baby, was just........Kai! 🥺🥲
    I just downloaded and read 2 of the books I LOVED as a child - ANIMAL FARM and THINGS FALL APART. Both books have been a great escape for me....
    Next up, LION AND THE JEWEL.
    Lemme continue reading, while also praying that Nigerians will smile again.

      Same with guys involved in scam and drugs, easy money. It becomes a lifestyle. This is why to be expecting honesty from your Yahoo boyfriend means you're stupid. He lies for a living, he sees everything in life from the eye of cheating and scamming the next person.. you'll think you're playing him but you go cry las las,. He knows what he's doing..
      Practice makes perfect, you don't expect one to change on a lifestyle he/she has been accustomed to for years right. A leopard doesn't change its colour oh..

      Do people change, yes but they're in the exception. Just like 5 in 100.. so it's very rare..
      This is why a child's upbringing matters the most, they find themselves withdrawing back when they stray, train up a child in the way he should grow,. They might stray yea, but their factory reset keeps guiding them back to 'saftey'..

      Greed is usually the root of all these behaviours. They'll say it's suffering and you shouldn't judge, but it's a lie, if it's cos of food, it's not the latest iPhones they'll be buying, I hate iPhones so much and it's until recently I asked myself why and concluded that it's cos of the way hoeloshos and yahoo boys regards it. E dey their body, many people would never steal no matter what they're faced, they'll instead beg, so why are we not using the same eye to look at prostitutes and fraudsters? They are doing it cos it's in them,. E dey their body, greed, laziness and all..

      Like I said, the only ones who truly had no choice is just like 5 percent and they stop as soon as they start and begin to speak evil of such lifestyle. They'll never glorify it, even they period they were engaging in it, they'll never justify it..

    If you can afford it please don't use general hospitals for now. Find your way to private hospital.
    National hospital increased consultancy fee by 200%. Imagine being sent for an x-ray and was told by the people in charge that their machine is spoilt. National hospital o. Refered to a specialist from the MOPD and was told no space till January 2023🙄.
    The NEPA bill I got last month had 250% increment. When I went to complain, I saw many people with the same complaint and nothing was done and nothing will be done. Na metre sure pass for now.
    Those people that carried Buhari's campaign like gala how market, I hope this transport fare increment did not affect you too.

      My hubby wanted to do ECG in government hospital,for more than 2 weeks the Dr in charge is not always available, we met him once and he told us he's busy,that we should come back next day,the next day again he was not on sit,and we usually go around 9 am and atimes we will wait till 12, and we've already paid. Thank God the result was ok

    I remember when I was in secondar y school, I think SS2, a guy was following me abi na me dey follow him, one was sha following one, though he wanted to "dip", but I was scared so I didn't allow him to fetch from my well.


    My grandma ,very sharp noticed on time,and start warning me about it and giving me close marking. One day I heard her discussing it with her close pal,the woman smiled, and told grandma that "shebi I told you to place her on *tesho*," tesho means don't climb,no guy will be able to make love to me,once they climb,the will deflate like balloon, I don't know if our forefather tested it with doggy sha. The woman said her 2 girls are on it and she's at rest,no fear of unwanted belle,my grandma no gree, she kept warning me, and I was a good girl until I was 22, though I regretted not keeping it till marriage, it still pains me till tomorrow.

    The woman's 2 girls are still looking up to God for fruits of the womb, one is divorced now, I don't know if its the repercussion of the tesho. Though the woman said its very simple to remove tesho ,she's alive but old to run around for them now.
